Mrs.Tracy is AMAZING! I took in three stands of my late grandmothers pearls and she made me the most beautiful necklace and matching bracelet to wear on my wedding day. Im absolutely amazed they turned out this beautiful! She has created not one but two pieces of my grandmother that I will have for a lifetime and for that I am so grateful.

Simply UNBELIEVABLE! They literally performed a Christmas miracle by hand delivering a piece of custom jewelry on Christmas Eve! Cathy and her team are incredible! In addition to the custom piece, I had them update my wife’s wedding ring. Opened up after hours so I could surprise her with a choice of a couple of diamonds. The ring is stunning! I just can’t say enough! Service, selection, and attention to detail are their hallmarks! You could do NO better!

AMAZING WORK!! My beautiful platinum bridal set was severely damaged, and broken into multiple pieces. I was unsure if repair was even possible, but after hearing great things about Legacy Jewelers I stopped by to talk with someone. Immediately upon walking in the store I was greeted with a warm welcome and from that moment forward they were able to do absolutely everything I wanted done, exactly how I wanted it. When I picked up my rings after repair I was overcome with emotion. They were more beautiful than the day my husband proposed. I cannot explain how easy and convenient the entire process was. I left my rings with them for repair, and didn’t have to give it a second thought until pick up day. I was shocked when my total was MUCH less than I had imagined it would be, which made the experience even more exceptional! I will be taking all of my jewelry to Legacy from this point forward and urge you to stop by and do the same!

I have used Cathy as my family jeweler for years. Ive purchased Melody Clocks, and had jewelry repair done. We even had my Moms 1954 clock fixed. Never a problem. My husband goes to Legacy Jewelers when he buys me jewelry. Cathy always knows what I will want! She is such a caring, sweet lady! My family will always use this jewelry store!

My visits ro this store are primarily for jewelry repair, but the store is a wonderland of beautiful jewelry and gift ideas. I especially appreciate the very personal and knowledgeable service I receive and the reasonable prices. Its so nice not to have to drive miles when I need to make a quality jewelry purchase or have something repaired.

I order a crystal for my watch 5 weeks ago on Thursday, was told itwould be in on monday. had my watch with me . it was measure for thecrystal. I called back on Monday and was told it had not came in.so called back each week being told it got lost in the mail and they puttrace on it and they would call me back, I called in each week for 5 weeksno one ever called me back like they said they would. I paid $35 upfront for it. I ask if i could get a refund today being it been over 5 weeks. They told me to bring in the receipt. but I cant locate it.I did lose the receipt so that is on me.So I cant get my money back.but i will get $35 dollars worth of talking about how terrible my experience was. I am sure there a lot of happy customers but I cantsee how.

I wish someone had said this to me before... and I wish more than anything that I had never done it... but if you have anything antique, that is completely priceless to you... don’t EVER have a jeweler work on it. My grandmothers necklace will never be the same.

This is a WONDERFUL place. The ladies there are friendly and knowledgeable. I just picked up 2 rings they worked on for me. The rings had belonged to my mother, so they were of great sentimental value to me. One of the rings, my mothers first engagement ring was so worn, I couldnt wear it. They were able to take my dads old wedding band and blend them to make a wearable ring without changing the looks of the original. I couldnt be happier with the results, and the price was really reasonable! I highly recommend Legacy Jewelers! Im glad I had to have a battery replaced in my watch, or I might never have found these wonderful ladies.

Great prices and amazing customer service! I went to Legacy to find a Mothers Day gift for my Mom. All the ladies were extremely helpful and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They even gift wrapped it for me! I actually ended up picking up another gift from them and they wrapped it for me too. Both at no extra charge. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be shopping there again!

Bad communication, long waits

Legacy Jewelers is absolutely amazing! We started doing business with them seven years ago and we havent done business with any other jeweler since. Theyve made personalized jewelry for me and my family and it has all been high quality, beautiful work! Theres nothing that they cant do. All of our friends that we have sent their way love Legacy Jewelers and continue to use them for all of their jewelry needs!

Ms Cathy is awesome. She relaced my watch battery and watch band. Also she is cutting down my ring. Such a very sweet lady! They have quite a few beautiful wall clocks and some unique jewlery.

II took in two fossil watches for repair. They had them both done the next day for half the price it would have been to send the watches off to get fixed. I was very pleased with their service.

Not happy!! We gave 5 watches to Legacy for battery replacements and 4 were available the same day. That is why I gave the 2 stars. One of my Fossil watches was a bit more difficult for the staff to replace the battery and when we picked up the 4 watches they said they needed more time with the 5th watch and my need to contact Fossil for instructions. I should have taken the watch back then. 3 weeks later, still no phone calls or updates so I decided to stop by the store. I was given the excuse that she was sick and on a medication that made me feel loopy and the she would get it done tomorrow. The next day came and went and no call. I went back in the following Thursday and demanded my watch back. They said it was in pieces and they would need time to get it back together. I gave them a day to do it. Friday it was ready but they lost a hand in the watch that indicates the day of the week and said theyve ordered one with Fossil and it would be delivered to the store in a couple of weeks. They actually had the nerve to try to charge me for the battery replacement even though they damaged my watch. I was not happy and I was told it would be no charge and to leave the store. So 2 weeks later and still no call (I wasnt expecting one) and a damaged watch is all I got. If you have a simple watch for battery replacement, then they are inexpensive and quick. If you have something more complicated, stay away. Poor customer service, inability to follow through, not trustworthy. I (along with family and friends) will not be using Legacy ever again.
