Payed medical bill out of my hsa then turned around and denied the claim and wanted me to repay my own account.

My company did not inform me that they would be switching over for my flexible spending accounts. Its definitely way more complex to get reimbursement for money that is mine to begin with... Also, my card was declined twice at the pharmacy, and I have money in my account. I probably wont utilize my flexible spending account next year.

These people make customer service an art. Add that to their kindness, resourcefulness, and dedication and you have a truly amazing company. They have made starting (and using) an HSA a piece of cake.

Navigating their website will be a learning curve for you. It is not intuitively constructed. It needs more how-to explanations for their processes. Very different from TASC. More paperwork is required to submit some requests for reimbursement. Expect to call customer support until you get it figured out. Also, plan on sharing what you learn with your co-workers. Write up something or snip screenshots for them. They will have the same questions that you had. The customer service reps that I have talked with have been very helpful.

Absolutely atrocious to navigate! Tasc is so easy and intuitive and this feels like someone went out of their way to make it confusing. When it’s time for open enrollment next year, I won’t enroll in FSA and dependenct care if my company is still with them.

They are horrid!! Attempt to avoid paying copays and simple covered FSA items.Avoid this company at all cost. Not sure how they are even able to do business!!!!!
