This place has no rules. They tell you one thing and do another. Get your case transfered to a different office. No souls or compassion for anyone.

I wait between 1 to 3 weeks for a reply with zero updates or helpful Information on my case... my ex wife is never held accountable for her actions yet I am 100% custodial parent and I feel like I am treated like a second class citizen because I dont have a vagina... I am willing to bet if I was a female attempting to collect child support from a male it would be a much different situation...

My CSED worker always does the best he can following policies and procedures. I am so grateful for everything!

Worst experience Ive ever had with any state run- entity. Constance is supposed to by my child support enforcer but does the bare minimum and then just claims shes tried finding my childrens father. The funny thing is: he isnt lost or running. Ive given them every piece of information needed and done more research myself than necessary (through attorneys and other) than this woman has done in 2 months. This place is a joke who dont give two sh*ts about the kids that are homeless and struggling due to the unfortunate deadbeat dads in their life.

I gave one star because it wouldnt let me post until i did.This office is filled with by far the worst people possible. Zero help is ever given to mothers in need. They simply do not care about the reason they even have this office.

Demonic energy comes from these people. Take my word for it.

Soo... I just have to say this place is a JOKE!! Not the funny kind. My ex and I get along well and we both sent our info in only to have his sent back when either one of us can apply for a modification.. nope ., poorest ran state facility even spoke with a supervisor who said there isn’t specific policies and procedures

These people are always here to help where they are male or female never friendly experienced staff Canada across from richest Hill on Earth casino on Galena Street in Butte Montana.

Some people get treated better than others. Hard to get Child Support for your child when everyone on the staff knows your ex and they drag the process out leaving children to suffer and the other parent knowing the staff doesnt care if you get child support for your child 🙄

Why do these people even have a job? They dont answer the phone or return calls unless you tell secretary that you want to speak to there superior amd not be transfer to empty office.how come secretary is more help than the person actually handling your case! Smh

These people are absolutely horrible at their jobs! They have done nothing to get child support from my daughters dad.Im so discussed my these peoples lack of effort in their jobs!

Friendly staff and very helpful.

Unprofessional. Very slow to respond to anything. Two week waits for call back and if you miss the phone call its another two week wait. This has been a long unhelpful process.
