Already in PTSD called to have locks changed, Bill was fine until he plopped his, well you know, on the wide arm of my electonic chaise, not keeping any personal distance, now my brand new chaise makes noise where he sat on the arm. Call and make an appointment Monday. called Rocky Locks in Belgrade was here in 45 minutes.

I have used Cooneys twice in the past 3 months. On both occasions I took my lock into the shop and they fixed the issue while I waited. I was concerned about the first visit as the lockset I needed repaired was an obscure and old device, but they had the parts in stock and had me back out the door in less than 30 minutes. The second visit was to rekey a brand new key-code lockset. Again, they had the tools and experience to reset the key tumbler, and instructed me on proper use to avoid issues in the future. This visit took less than 15 minutes to complete. I found their prices to be very fair, especially when I didnt have to drop off the lock and leave my property exposed for a lengthy amount of time. I recommend them highly!

I waited over two hours for them to respond. I was told by Josh that they had bought all of the competition in town and that there was no one local that I could call. After I waited over an hour, I called for an update and he told me to watch out the window, their technician Billy Bob was on his way with an e.t.a of ten minutes. He told me that Billy Bob was older and may have trouble finding me. He told me to go out and do jumping jacks in the street. Forty minutes later, I called my insurance company and asked them to dispatch someone else. I didn’t find this company to be professional or worth calling in the future. Horrible experience and even worse service from these clowns.

Great customer service! I lost the keys to my car while on a hike and couldnt start the vehicle without a chipped key. The owner of Cooneys met me at my car and really went out of his way to help out. Within half an hour he had programmed two keys to work with my car and I was able to drive it out myself instead of getting towed.
