It is half finished. My mother contacted the office to offer a piece of equipment My dad owned as a trade for balance due. They responded, Dont worry about it. Then my mother remembered...my brother offer to buy the equipment and would pay off the balance due. She called them to make arrangemebts. I brought my riding mower in for a general service and a belt replacement for the center blade. I was told services were roughly a week out. 19 days later I finally got a call saying my mower was done. Apparently it wasnt tagged properly when I dropped it off so nobody even looked at it for 11 days. I was charged for an hour of service plus parts (seemed fair). When I got home and used the mower i found that the center blade was still not cutting and upon further inspection seen that there was no belt on the center blade pulley system. So, I was charged for a belt that didnt need to be replaced and had nothing done to address the issue I brought the mower in for. However they did refund me the cost of the belt that was unnecessarily installed.

Tanner at Big Sky Rental was very helpful getting me the right forklift for the job. He even sent me photos and was great to work with. Big Sky Rental has well maintained equipment and they deliver.

Equipment, wouldnt work right. Even called the shop and they sent serviceman up. Gave replacement. When we got the next item it didnt work either. Never got it going. What a waste of the day.
