The installation was donne very poorly.we had 11 windows replaced, we will be using a different company for the rest. I would have given a lower star rating but the windows themselves are quality. I also feel had I been there instead of just my wife they probably wouldve done a better job.

Sales rep was very honest and upfront treated our home as his with suggestions.Installer listened to my concerns and asked for my opinion and explained the “why” before changing plans.

Installers were friendly, respectful and did a great job installing our replacement windows.

We bought a picture window as well as 7 other windows for in our house. Delivery for these windows was 14 weeks, and the picture window came with scratches in it. One guy installed the window himself which was too heavy. Window World has free replacement on there windows, but they are unaware when they will come in. Every time I call there they are unable to tell if the windows have been ship from the manufacture. So very sad.

We ordered windows several years ago and I was very pleased with the professionalism from the estimates to the installation. Fast forward several years later one of the windows started to get a little cloudy inside for some reason and I called and without hesitation they ordered another window and had it replaced. Now thats great customer service. I know they have a lifetime warranty but I didnt think it would go that smoothly. I would highly recommend them. We used the Butler PA window world.

Customer service (Rhea) was very friendly and easy to deal with. The guys that did the installation were really nice and did a great job. They definitely knew how to do their job. We did have some issues with a few of the window locks which WW service is currently working with us to correct. Im hoping by the time that is all taken care of Im still happy with it.

We own an older home that still had aluminum siding. We contracted with Window World to install new insulated siding. What a remarkable difference!! They started the project on Friday morning and when we returned home from a long weekend away on Sunday afternoon the siding was installed. Our house looks like a different house. We are very please with the outcome. The crew cleaned up the area pretty well, we are finding a few small pieces of siding and nails/screws. They may have been able to take a little more care with the landscaping next to the house, but the plants will grow back. There is an item that needs attention, it has been addressed and will be taken care of in a professional, timely manner. I would highly recommend Window World of Butler for your home improvement projects.

The company reps delivered what they promised when the installers completed their work. Cannot say enough good things about Window World. Would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Window World via their website and was happy when they called me within a day to schedule an appointment the following day. They were polite and I was excited to get things moving. I was using my lunch hour for the appointment and the customer service rep assured me the representative would be there, on time; that his previous appointment time allowed him ample travel time.Appointment time comes, I am there. No call, no show. I understand life happens- but no phone call? My time is valuable as well, very disrespectful.

Installers did a great job and friendly. Install was complete in a day and half. Looks fantastic and already notice a difference in temperature.

The Amish window crew was excellent they were very thorough and friendly I would recommend window world to anyone that is in the market for new windows.

Giving at least a 2 star because our sales guy, Kane, and the installation guys were great. Unfortunately, there were multiple points of error and little offered to compensate. Our window order was placed wrong. The wrong window came in and sat at their shop for a few weeks before our installation date. It was never checked by the proper personnel to make sure they had what they needed until the morning of the install. They called us the day before to confirm installation and time, so that night we rearranged our furniture inside and out, uninstalled our blinds, and I rescheduled meetings at work to be available for the install. The morning of the install, they finally checked the parts and realized they did not have what they needed. They had to order us a new window and push back our installation another 3 weeks on top of the months we waited, so we had to put all of our furniture back and opt to go without blinds on our large front facing window during the time. This seems like a BIG overlook in procedures. If you cannot check the parts as soon as the order comes in there should be a process of checking the parts at least the day before AND THEN calling to confirm installation appointment. No compensation was offered for these mistakes along with a few other minor mistakes. We even gave them a few days before calling back. When I called to discuss the issues I was told they would pass the information along and I would get a call back. I never received a call, the window was installed, and then to top it off our card was charged TWICE for the full amount. I called to address the issue. They did apologize for the double charge and refunded one and then proceeded to say the rest of the mistakes were all the salesman’s fault and he would need to deal with us basically. Then they made the poor sales guy call and apologize. This was not the salesman or installation technicians fault. Mistakes happen, but when they do it’s proper business etiquette for the MANGER to call and apologize and usually offer some sort of compensation even if it’s the smallest thing! It’s to show you care about the mistakes your team has made and you want to make it right. Also, management is responsible for making sure there are proper procedures in place so that if a mistake like a mis-entry of an order happens, they have checks in place to minimize the inconvenience of the customer. I was told they just don’t do that because “mistakes don’t happen often”. We had family with 2 large complete window replacement jobs who were waiting to see how Window World did for us. They will NOT be going with Window World, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend to anyone due to poor management.

The whole process of getting new windows was made very easy at every step from ordering them to the installation. The installers were very nice, professional and answered all of my questions. It only took them about 2 1/2 hours to replace 5 windows. I was impressed with their work.

Rick is the man. I have had Window World put windows in two of my properties (Im a Landlord) and I can say that they have always been fabulous. Rick came and showed me all my options, suggested things I didnt even know existed in windows, and made the ordering process quick and easy. I had very little wait time for the windows to be made and then the team came as scheduled and installed in one day, easy breezy. They cleaned up after themselves (always a treat!) and didnt leave a mess. It has been quite a few years now, and once I had some issues with several of the window locks not working... I called, they sent someone to the property in Slippery Rock that very same day and repaired them, no fee, no questions, great service! They stand by their word and guarantees! I had them put in a really nice new window in my personal residence kitchen...love it. I priced around before committing to Window World and I have to say I could not find any company that came close to their bids (and I looked as far as even in Ohio). Would I use them again? Yes! In fact, I just called them today to order a door! Im not going call around for bids because I know Window World is who I want to use and that they will be able to assist and provide me with everything I need. Thank you, Window World!

I wasnt too happy with the work that the guy did, and even though it had been an entire year later, window world still stood by their commitment and was very professional. They sent someone out to my home right away, replaced my window and the outside part of it for free. They made it look perfect! I was very happy!!! Happy with my windows and insulation..The women whom did the insulation was very knowledgeable.. always made sure other crew person was doing his job; well also. Put drop cloths down prior to bringing anything in the house..cleaned everything up .

Excellent experience from start to finish. We got 15 new windows for the house, new mantals, and new shutters. This was the only company to give an itemized list of what things costs so we knew how our money was being spent. Everyone was professional and on time. We were always kept in the loop about what was going on. We had 1 window that had a slight defect with the safety latches and they replaced it quickly with no hassel, and no extra cost. We got quotes from multiple companies and originally were going to get a new sliding door since we had trouble with water sitting in the track. John from Window World was the only one to tell us we didnt need a new one.. the weeping holes were clogged. He saved us about $2,000! It was so nice knowing he had our backs and wasnt in it just to make as much money as possible. We greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Highly impressed with my experience from window world. Truly professional and kind people. Had Ron Droske come out for an estimate on window replacements. Very kind and very punctual. He answered any questions I had and explained everything very well. I had other estimates given to me from Window Nation and Zen Windows (which told us they could not work on townhouses that had more than 5 units which ours was the 5 unit, so that was a bust). Anyways called Window Nation up since they were offering a Buy 2 get 2 deal with Pens tickets included (lets just say a total rip off. Called them up to have someone come out. Never did they send anyone out and thus said the reason being was because they do all the estimates through solar imaging??? What the heck is this and Im sorry if Im having windows replaced and spending this kinda money I want a professional at my door to go over everything with me and to see if any repairs etc need to be made before I fork out the money then issues arise because an employee decided not to take the time to come out and get accurate measurements. Long story short their over the email/phone estimate for 4 double hung windows ended up coming to $2,759 dollars not including any repairs etc that would need to be done. Another bust!!!) Finally Window World to the rescue. Came out gave me an estimate for 5 windows NOT just 4 and I upgraded to triple pane instead of double pane, dadadada and the cost came to $3,240. Timeline 1 month then Ill get a call for installation. So far my experience with Window World over exceeded my expectations and Ron Droske was fantastic and very kind hearted. Great experience and cant wait for the installation of our windows. Will update once windows our installed but satisfied so far!!! 😄😄😄

Got all my window replaced by Window World. The installers did good job. Only few minor issues with the windows and most was caught by the person looking at the windows for other issues. Never had problem getting anything fixed. Will recommend them to anyone and have recommended then to several people.

We are very pleased with our new windows! The Installers we had were very professional and cleaned up and also took away the old windows and trash. Window World of Butler were fast, when I clicked submit online for estimate they called within 10 minutes to set up appointment, which was like 2 days later and windows were actually installed 17 days later! Very happy it was so quick. Only thing I found was referrals we were referred by a neighbor who purchased many windows and also is very pleased (reason we called) ! she didnt get a bonus from us buying because we only needed 4 windows. WE were not informed that until after installation and I asked how long before she would get a check that is when I was told OH you have to purchase 5 or more windows Sad because she could have really used the cash.. that is my only issue. Great JOB OH and the Salesman was very nice and on time actually early!!

I had called for an in home estimate. I live in a mobile home with normal windows, not typical trailer windows. The sales rep arrived and walked past 2 windows on the way in. He came in and sat down at the table. I told him we were interested in the $189 installed replacement windows they have advertised and that we needed 9 windows. He then told me that very few houses qualify for these windows and the only houses that qualify for the $189 windows installed are old farm houses. He then told me that to replace my windows would be $455 per window. He did not measure a single window nor look at any window within my home. I have 7 windows that are the same size and 2 windows that are smaller. He literally was out the door and was only there for 5 minutes. I do not know how he could quote me a price without even looking at my windows.

Initial issue with my door installation. Forced to take a second day off of work to have it installed correctly which was inconvenient. The final result was excellent however. The door looks incredible. Knocked down a star for the inconvenience and the extra work day lost.

Very pleased with the job that Randy did installing the new windows. They even improved the looks of the building from the outside, and significantly reduced road noise.
