Called and left message about obtaining an estimate on several trees. Woman (secretary, maybe wife) called back to schedule. I explained that 2 of the trees were mine and one was for a neighbor. She became animated about the tree of the neighbors and explained that they don’t do 3rd party and I would need them to call and book an estimate. This was fine and I understood completely. She went on at great length about this issue. Since she was willing to give me the estimate before she knew one was my neighbors tree, I asked if the owner could just be there and present at the time we established the estimate appointment...she refused and repeated her lecture. She went on and on at great length...I confirmed to her that I was crystal clear on this concept. She became defensive and told me they would not be able to help me, which is fine. Buyer beware, and sure their service may be great, I hope for you that you catch the receptionist or whoever that was on a good day! Good luck!
