I dont know what to say. Ive been with People Ready for a year, through another office. Ive never had this happen before I came to the Butler office. So I a took a job doing a reset job, it turned out to be a 12 hour a day job for two days. I did the first day, the guy in charge handed me the paper, informed me I was to turn it in to them. Which was a 45 minute drive. It kind of stressed me out, but okay, not People Readys fault. The guy lied on the paper, first in saying that I wore a hardhat, which I didnt even have as a requirement, and in fact got hit in the head by a piece of the display without the guy even asking me if I was okay. Also not People Readys fault. He put on the paper that I worked 11 hours 54 minutes but at the bottom it was a total of 11 hours 45 minutes. They paid me 11 hours 45 minutes. I bought gas on my way home. I told them about it and they said they would fix it, but when it came time to they said they couldnt because I used my card. So the second day the guy first said on the paper we worked 7 hours 30 minutes, but another lady got mad and he fixed it to 11 hours 30 minutes because we were late (I was there before him) and we were chilling. Which made me mad but when I went to confirm my hours they said that I worked 11 hours 15 minutes. I refused to confirm and I tried to call them all day. I finally talked to them today after I realized they didnt actually pay me at all. I had written them an email about the whole thing that happened she said they would talk to them. Okay, but when I called about the fact that I hadnt even been paid she said I was. I said no, I wasnt. She said we have down that we paid you and that there was nothing she could do, goodbye. So I worked a 12 hour shift with a bad job that I still hurt because of and now I dont get paid at all? Dont work for the Butler office. I am going to file a formal complaint about this, I have proof.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. The woman Tracy who works at this office is the rudest most unhappy person. If you are asking for anything that’s either going to end her smoke break or require her to actually work she will roll her eyes, tell you that you’ll need to wait that she will have to check into it. I was on an assignment for this place last year and was missing an entire pay. I still haven’t gotten it. Over $400 just never paid to me by Peopleready. $400 that I worked for that People Ready kept because Tracy didn’t collect the appropriate paperwork.They lie to the companies they work with too. I was working for a company that required a drug screen and was never given one. Tracy never even mentioned it to me during my interview or before I was sent there. At least I’m honest and told the manager I had not been given a drug screen. People ready doesn’t provide safety training, uniforms, or safety gear.Also like one other reviewer mentioned Tracy’s office is conveniently never open. It will say she’s gone on site visits but everyday? It seems like she’s going home early. If I ever need help getting a job, this is the last place I’ll ever go.

Sign said open until 1 during the New Years week. They never were there, didn’t answer calls, and I was rudely greeted by some corporate lady who spoke condescendingly to me as if I couldn’t read the sign they posted. Will NOT be doing work for these people.

Ive Worked For People Ready For Years And Never Have Delt With Unprofessional Branch Like This One

Never had such a terrible experience with any other branch. This branch is rude and unprofessional. Called to ask about pay I never received and was told not to call unless leaving a voicemail when the lady answered the phone then she hung up on me. Will never work through this branch again. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Tracy is the most ignorant lady I’ve ever came across. Always mean, talks over you, will hang up. Always refuses to give out her last name.

The lady that works in the office is very rude and disrespectful. I will never take a job with them. Never
