Criminal and should be shut down! My wife received a tax form from this company that was beyond deceptive in its wording and appearance, implying that filing taxes with with this firm was not optional, that withholding her personal information from them was criminal, and that she would be fined if she didnt contact them immediately to file her taxes and update her information. The phrasing and appearance was nearly identical to that of a real government document, and I had to look it over thoroughly before realizing this was a scam.

Just awful. Can’t reach anyone to answer questions. I paid a tax to them twice because they said I didn’t pay it the first time. Then I had an awful time trying to prove I paid the first time! They are not professional at all.

Taxation is theft! Really love how you cant file local taxes on turbo tax and have to waste valuable time out of your day for the monotonous task of filing on their website. Oh dont bother filing your local on your mobile either, whatever boomer running the site for whatever reason failed to program the simple task of being able to type in your assigned values when you try to type in your gross income and other variables. Also never ever accept the meager one dollar return. I know people who have accepted it and for whatever reason they get a bill down the road for thirty dollars.

Is this a legit business?? I never received anythimg until I moved to new Kensington with a notice saying they were going to garnish my wages? What are the taxes even for? I called to try to find out more info and no one answered. I left a message and have mot heard back from them. Sounds like a scam 💁

Who decided to take the work from our local tax collectors who did a good job for years and give it to this bunch? They are a nightmare to work with. I feel especially bad for all the seniors who will be ripped off by this outfit. PA politics. Just terrible.

A lot of my friends have been ripped off and they basically stole money from them. If I could it would be zero stars. Not recommended at all cause they dont help at all, they are only in it for themselves and what they can get out of it.

Never recieved any paperwork from them regarding my taxes. Only recieved a phone call saying I now owed upwards of $200 more because of their late penalties. Called at least 3 times last year to work it out and I get put to voicemail, or told that Ill recieve a call back the next day, only to be subsequently ignored for weeks on end. Theyre the WORST agency Ive ever had to deal with in my entire life.
