Used them for years. Found out he charges way , way more than any other service. He complains about his back, dont feel for the guy, He is ripping you off. Check EVERY other service for their price per gallons. EVERY ONE is nearly the same low price - Cousins is hundreds higher! -really. When confronted with this fact, he is adamant & rude & insist that his cost is due to his dump site. Yeah, right! EVERYONE else is hundreds lower. Do not use this place - dishonest.

Not sure why he received bad review. I had this company clean my tank several years ago, too long ago actually, should have done sooner. Anyways, since I had used before, I looked up contact # on Internet, saw bad review hesitated. I followed my instincts & called him anyways. He came out within a day, on a Sat! He was courteous both on phone & in person. He got a rock stuck in his hose, never swore, I had a plumber who got his snake stuck in my public sewer. He swore horribly, then blamed me! I was afraid because of that previous bad experience with that plumber. Not the case with Mr. Cousins, I felt like he wanted to swear, but he did not. He was professional, respectable to me, and did not charge me any extra,fair price. I will use agin next time, but sooner. I learned to not wait past 5 years.

I have used Cousins A-1 for many years. They are courteous and very professional. Competitively priced and do a complete job. Highly recommended.
