And it’s almost as if when showing you homes, she knows exactly from the moment you get there whether or not you’re going to want it! We moved to Butler from Texas in 2013 and were having a very difficult time finding anything to rent. That’s when my wife found Julie and Pete Sebock. They found us a rental house in less than 5 days (which is about all the time we had left in the hotel before we had to pay out of pocket). That was huge itself. We will fast forward 6 years and I mentioned in passing to my wife that I thought we needed to look into buying a house, as we’ve outgrown the rental. She called Julie that day and by the end of the night Julie had a mortgage company call me and I was pre approved on a loan (this was mid February). My wife fell in love with a house in mid March and we are closing on this house Monday (April 15th)! All the anxiety and doubt was taken out of the equation working with Julie and Pete and the mortgage company they set me up with. I honestly cannot heap enough praise on them for putting me in a great situation, answering the phone anytime I had a question and helping us through what is suppose to be a stressful situation. After calling, emailing, sending texts and leaving voicemails for over 2 weeks about a house we were interested in, we were repeatedly ignored and never received as much as a call back or return message.This has happened twice with two different houses in the area over the span of a month: Chuck Veazey and Julie Sebock were the realtors.Very unprofessional and hard to believe after seeing the positive reviews for Clear Choice.

The BEST customer service in the business. You will will have trouble finding another company that will be willing to do what Pete & Julie and the CCE Family are willing to do. Every year they add something to their bag of tricks. If you are a seller they can make a 3D image of your house for a virtual walk through. If you are buying the offer a drone service to look at the parts of the house you can’t see from the ground. If you buy or sell with CCE they offer a box truck to make your move easier. I have been using CCE from the beginning and they have always found just what I was looking for. Thank you Pete & Julie.

Dan is a top notch guy !I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us along in our first home purchase. Super knowledgeable. Heck he has a extensive background in building construction which came in handy for us several times. Communication is key and dan always got right back to me right away. I am sure we were a tough case for any realtor but dan accomplished anything and everything that came our way. He even went above and beyond several times as well. Just the kind of guy he is. Super friendly and smart and helpful. Even after the close he has our back. If we ever buy another house. I will not use anyone besides dan McConnell. And I highly recommend him and clear choice. And take my advice if he recommends someone or a service you can bet whoever he recommends is top notch as well. I really can’t say enough about dan and clear choice.
