I had been battling a yellow jacket problem for two weeks. I tried everything myself to rid the problem, but was unsuccessful. The yellow jackets were nested underneath the siding of my house. I called RPM Pest Control on a Friday at 5:30 pm. Bob was at my house within 30 minutes. He evaluated and treated the very hard to get area underneath my siding. He assured me the problem was taken care of, and if it wasnt he wanted me to call him in two days. Needless to say I havent seen a yellow jacket since his service call. Excellent prompt service! No need to call the big name companies. Bob is the man. Highly recommend if youre in the Butler area.

Bob arrived at our house shortly after calling him for a yellow jacket problem. He assessed the problem and treated the yellow jacket nest in the wall. Within a day or two the yellow jackets had been eliminated. We will call him first for any future pest problems. He was very professional and even called to check on us the following day. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
