The repairman was awesome. It was time for yearly maintenance and my dryer needed some repairs. My dryer is like a whole new one and the repairman was professional and friendly. Thanks so very much!

The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Had a replacement ice maker on the truck, so he was able to complete the service call immediately. What I am particularly distressed about is that the ice maker was replaced just 3 years ago. At that time the refrigerator was 2 years old. It is now 5 years old and on the third ice maker. If it goes again in 2 years it will not only be replaced, but the entire refrigerator will be replaced. The second shock was the labor cost of the repair. Three years ago the labor cost was about $150. This time it was over $300. That equates to about $400/hour labor rate. Assuming you continue to increase your rates at the same pace, I would not be able to afford to have you come in 2 years.

Repairman was well-versed in the machine and its functions. Quickly gave preliminary diagnosis then set to work and was able to confirm. I did cancel because repair was too costly compared to a replacement for this 10 yr old unit.
