Decided to shop local. Trusted their Best Price Guarantee and was GROSSLY overcharged for a patio door. They forgot about the appointment to do a measure for the door. Guy eventually made it out after I had to remind them. Eventually patio door was delivered but without the screen door. I installed the patio door then eventually the screen door was delivered. Went to install the screen door and discovered no hardware was installed on the patio door to install the screen door. From door delivery to getting the screen door took a couple of months. Getting the hardware to install the screen door took several months. After 5 long months the full installation is finally complete.Please go anywhere else but here. If you want customer service go anywhere but here. Ordered windows and storm door and front door in March lost the screens to the two front windows, than they ordered the wrong ones. Screen door all scratched and replacement no bette. If I could give no stars I would go anywhere but here. Still waiting on screes and to get the door fixed.

I had a very good experience buying from Antcliff. I purchased an Andersen sliding door. Richard was very helpful in the showroom, taking his time answering all of my many questions. The installers Don and Nick were on time, pleasant and professional. Before they left my house, they made sure to take all the stickers off the slider and clean up the entire area. I love my new Andersen sliding door, and would recommend using this company.

Our great room windows and lower level slider needed to be replaced due to an ice damn which caused extensive water damage to the existing windows, wall and frame. The window purchasing process is stressful and time consuming, therefore, having a very experienced salesman is crucial. Our salesman seemed to struggle in this area mainly due to a lack of experience and precision. Our window measurements were not accurate which resulted in our windows being installed awkwardly. Our two center great room windows (there are 6 windows total located on the wall in the great room), which rest one on top of the other, did not line up properly. The lower center window was installed an inch left of the upper window. An inch may seem like a minor issue, yet when you attempt to add trim, trim cannot be installed properly. Not only were the window measurements wrong, the installation team was inexperienced and careless as they should have double checked the measurements and stopped the install to fix the problem. Instead, they chose to install the windows in error hoping that we would not notice the problem. Unfortunately, we noticed the improper installation problem after we learned that the trim could not be installed properly unless we wanted irregular trim pieces which only made the window error more noticeable. To add to the problem, we have the WRONG type of windows installed. Five windows are replacement windows with unsightly screws while one window was a new home build window which was installed properly. In short, the Great Room windows are the focal point of the home, and as of now, they look terrible. We chose Antcliff windows because they installed the original windows when the home was built and we felt confident that they knew what our home needed. We were wrong!!! This was a very costly mistake.

Assistant Manager Aaron Wilcox is an amazing resource. He knows the business back and front and is wonderfully customer-centered. He helped us through a complex project and offered many useful and cost-saving suggestions. I feel like I went to window college in a very short time! He has a great sense of how budget and style can come together to exceed the expectations of the customer. Antcliff is a great place, and Aaron makes it that much better!

Never thought I would have a go-to window and door company but here I am. Fair pricing on new doors, and built to order instead of mis built doors from home depot. Save yourself a head ache.

Do not let Don complete your installation! He told us the screen for our slider was the wrong screen. Weeks went by & no word on a new screen. After calling Antcliff we were told that Don did not know how to install the original screen. Also, there was no hardware on a storm door that he installed. Two months later, we called to find out when the hardware would be installed and found out it had never been ordered. Will not recommend Antcliff to anyone! Not even my worst enemy!!

I had purchased a home originally built by Lombardo Homes. I found that Antcliff Windows was the window supplier. I needed a replacement screen. They went above and beyond as they made that screen and one additional as I waited. That saved me another 120 mile round trip. Thank you.

The process of picking out windows and getting a fair quote has been nothing but pleasant so far. If this is a sign of the integrity of Antcliff windows, Im pretty impressed. Fast, easy and great install! I have a screened-in porch that I wanted to use even in the colder Michigan months, so I called AntCliff in Burton, MI for a quote. Patrick was very helpful via email. I then went to their office in mid-September 2019 to make the deposit and view what windows and door would be installed, and was very pleased. Next they came to measure, and pointed out to me that the window I picked would not exactly match the color of my existing Anderson Silverline windows, due to the type of white tinting. They said I might consider using the same Anderson window, but with the much taller size I needed in the porch. It even saved me $600 to make the switch! Yesterday (Oct. 22) Don and Don came to do the install, and they were in and out much more quickly than I expected. They even finished up the last hour or so with rain coming down. The fit was perfect, and all I had to do was paint the new trim today at the base of the 8 windows and at the top of the new storm door to match my house color. They were easy to clean also. I highly recommend these guys.

I Highly recommend Antcliff windows! I shopped around to various companies and Antcliff worked extra hard to come in with a great product at a better price. They did such a great job I was able to have two patio doors and a back entry door replaced for a very reasonable price! Al Kang is an excellent salesman that you can trust, he can work with any budget and won’t oversell you. His installation crew was also great, very professional with great attention to detail. This is our second time using Antcliff Windows and Doors and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are very honest, trustworthy, and provide a quality product at the right price. Both times we have used their installers (windows at our old home and doors at our new home). We will be back again in the future to replace our builder grade windows.

Went into the store today, Saturday at 11:00. We were there for about 10 minutes and no one came out to ask if we needed help. So we went to the front to see if anyone was around. The fellow was there behind the counter. When we asked for help he seemed uninterested in selling his product. Ancliff may have a good product, but we’ll never find out.

Aaron at Antcliff provided the best customer service I have had in a very long time. The window that I had ordered with him, upon delivery, did not meet my design expectations (or Aarons either!). Aaron stayed on top of the problem all the way through, and resolved the issue with the manufacturer. As a result, I received the door I was looking for with only a slight timing delay, but no extra effort or money on my part.In any business, errors occur.....people are human. Its the way the errors are handled by the business that shows their true colors. Thank you, Aaron and Antcliff. Your great customer service is appreciated and will be advertised by word of mouth through me!

Salesman were very nice and not a hard sell. Loved the doors and screens. Gave them all my information and said I would finalize after measuements were complete. The appt was set for today Monday. No call and no show. First call was transfered to the offices and no answer. We left a message. I called back and spoke to manager. He was very polite and said he would have measure guy be there any time I said. I said I would talk to my family and see. It was really poor business practice of no call and no show. I then received a call from salesman that they hoped I would call because the cleaning people must have threw out my information. Weird I had a computer printout. I promptly cancelled my order.

Antcliff refused to pull a permit for a window and door replacement that I was going to have them do, so I canceled the work. They stated that they never pull permits.
