Is seems good customer service is hard to find these days. 100% not the case here. I went with my mother in law to help her makes some changes and upgrade her phone. Caleb was very helpful and patient. When dealing with my phone issues in the future it will only be here.

I switched over from boost today and Tomas was such a big help! He helped me find a plan that fit me and i even got a phone upgrade! Everyone was super nice and helpful.

Mike was a phenomenal help at the store. I went it to upgrade and change some things on account. I had to tradition everything after my mom passed away. There were a few hurdles that he got through with ease while still maintaining conversation and keeping a light expression on his face.Mike was compassionate and patient with me during the process. He’s a such a kind and personable person who I cannot recommend enough. The entire experience was welcoming and exceptional, if I could give 6 stars I would.

From start to finish Kelsey and John were amazing. They both were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Kelsey truly made us feel like family. She made switching from T-mobile/Sprint seamless. We are so happy to finally be with a service that makes us the priority. 5 stars and then some!!!

Mike and Will did a great job helping my wife and I with our NEXT upgrades. Couldnt have asked for a better experience from them. As an experienced manager with many years of experience to understand the difference between someone who has it and someone who doesnt, these two have it. Mike was phenomenal and if I ever need anything from the store. I would rather wait for him than deal with anyone else. While everyone here at this store is great, Mike really provided us with a personalized sales experience that really sets him apart from the rest of the staff which says a lot considering the caliber of his coworkers. He would make an excellent store lead as he really understands how to work with people.

I walked in the door and was greeted immediately by Evelyn who is wonderful! She helped me pick out a new iPhone and gave me the information that I needed to cancel one of the four lines that I have. Went through the latest plans with me and tried to find ways to save on my bill. It was probably the most pleasant experience that Ive had at an AT&T store. Ive already recommended it to a friend of mine who is looking for a new phone. Thats The only branch that Ill visit in the future.

Not too long ago I had stopped by and I spoke to Thomas C., he helped me figure out what was the best TV package for my parents. He was honest, friendly and had excellent customer service. Speedy work too, had me taken care of in a timely order. Glad to have stopped in.

Highly recommend this store! The staff was extremely professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service skills are fantastic!! My husband and I switched over from Verizon and they took the time to go over all phone plans, including what they consist of/cover and answered all of our questions without being rushed. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this location.

Love this store and all the employees! Thomas was who I talked to but wasn’t in went I went in. I wanted to make sure he got credit and Jon made sure that happened and bent over backwards to make sure that I understood how my bill would work, what changed, details that I would need to know. I wasn’t sure what I needed and he explained everything. I also knew I would need a case and screen protector. He explained all the cases, and put the screen protector on for me! Won’t be going anywhere else!

I used to go to the store in Grand Blanc but the last few transactions have been at the Center Rd store in Burton. The first visit was because of convenience but due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff this is now my regular store. Today was no exception, I walked in and was immediately greeted by Caleb who took ownership of my issue and quickly had me all squared away and, once again, walking out with a smile. This is the place to go, they will definitely help you out!

Caleb was such a great help. I upgraded to the 12 pro max and we finished in under 20 minutes. I highly recommend this location (center road in Burton) out of all the other locations in the surrounding area.

Starting from the beginning I had a terrible experience trying to switch service over the phone so I procrastinated for months before I decided to actually go in the store. Which I am soo glad I did. Kelsey R. seriously made the switch from sprint with 4 lines seem so easy. I’m mad I waited so long to switch. She had excellent customer service and literally came and opened the door to greet me. Being in customer service it’s hard to find a person that makes things seem so effortless. She was truly great! Not to mention my service is 10x better. Overall very pleased with my experience thanks to Kelsey!

The salesperson was rude, and condescending.when I asked to speak to a customer service person . His reply was this is a sales office . I said I understand that . Do you have a manager ? Then the manager piped in and was no more help then John. Another customer in the store gave me the information I was seeking. He didn’t take my bank information after I told him I had found it . He told me I would have to wait because he was in another screen . He still failed to get it . He wanted us out of there as fast as he could. Quite honestly I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Worst experience ever!We got home and realized the iPhone no longer comes with a cube. You need a special one. John failed to inform us about that. I could go on , but I don’t think this store really cares.If you don’t question your plan or don’t care how much things cost , then this is the store for you.If you’re on a budget and want to know where your money goes, and appreciate good customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
