I cannot say enough about MCSI, its caring and thoughtful staff, and all they do to serve the most vulnerable sectors of our society. They care for family members as if they were their own, provide compassionate support, and genuinely care about making a difference in the lives of others. The women and men of MCSI are long overdue for an honest review considering all of their efforts. I can only imagine the the previous 1 and 3 star reviews were from people with an imagined complaint regarding free care provider by a safe and compassionate adult for their special needs child or elderly loved one. I can arrive at no other logical conclusion than those reviewers are aware that few people are willing to believe complaints regarding child care, for which they asked, at essentially no cost to themselves, and at a time in which benefitted the reviewers themselves the most.
