The process servers lie!! BEWARE!! I was waiting to be served by Allen and Hope, I called them directly and told them when I would be home so they could serve me my documents. I waited until that time and no one showed up. Later that night I had a note saying I missed the process server, again. I called and the lady on the phone started yelling at me instantly calling me a liar, that they had a photo with a timestamp showing they were there before I left and I was refusing to be served. Then she proceeded to say they didnt have to serve me my legal documents and hung up the phone. I will be getting my documents directly from the court now. Do not use this company!! I was at home and waited to be served, I dont care that they have a photo with a timestamp showing they came at a certain time, they can also change the timestamp on ANY device they use to cover their lies... and clearly they did because they did NOT come when they were supposed to. I have no reason to avoid this document, in fact I am WAITING for it. Beyond frustrated and the lady on the phone needs to be fired for horrible customer service.

First time user with this company and I should have read the reviews before doing business with this company.... but anyways I paid this company to serve 2 defendants I am suing. Well 3 1/2 weeks later my defendants are still not served and they have only been to the property twice to attempt and no answer. When I talked to a representative of the company I am told the case was closed out due to none serviceable address. Turns out the server went to the wrong address and never contacted me regarding this, not to mention I would have never knew if I didn’t call. So the lady promised me they would have the defendants served that weekend. Here it is another week later and nothing. So I call again and now since they have only attempted 2 times in 3 weeks I am past the 14 day time limit to have the defendants served and have to go back to court and get a new court date. I let the agent who took my call know my frustration and she made it seem like they tried and they can’t guarantee service. But why not go to the defendants property everyday until they get served is my question? Let me be an attorney or someone in the courts trying to get someone served and I bet you my case would be a priority. I’m really feeling like this company got me. Quick to take my money and slow to do the service for me. Smh NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE. I’m better off taking the loss and using a different company.

Took them months to actually turn in the paperwork and check that I issued them. Charles Lewis also thinks he works outside of the law. Terrible experience that has only recently been finalized on their end. Would not recommend using or ever having to experience any situation with them.

Spoke with Leslie today at Allen & Hope Processing who was very helpful and nice. Love to work with this company. I always get results.

Great people and got me to my court date on time

Scott Hope and his team seized assets from a pole barn I store my things in. They stole and siezed my boat (among other things) even though it had nothing to do with the owner of the pole barn. It’s the job of process servers to follow the law and proper procedure. Scott Hope and his team did none of those things and once the police report is filed today - I will be suing them.

No clear communication about the process, was told different things from the office versus the actual process server. I had to follow-up repeatedly, would not recommend this service.

Absolutely terrible. had a summons needing to be served by 11/11 they served it a month later. 11/19 after being paid 10/12. absolutely despicable!

Allen and Hope proceeding was great. I had a judgement that was proving difficult to collect on and they help me through the process. With their help I was able to collect on my judgement in full plus court cost. I highly recommend them!!

I wish I could give negative stars! The staff is rude, short, and unprofessional. I tried calling multiple times to speak to someone and never got a phone call back, always a rude, short email in all capital letters. I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I asked questions about my case that I paid them to serve. Then, when my ex didnt sign for his certified mail, they made it out to be my fault and refused to help me with what to do next. I will never use this company nor will I suggest this company to anyone. Rudest experience of my entire life.

Wish I could give them a 0. Had to use them a year ago to serve papers on a tenant for small claims for damage and nonpayment of rent, which is an easy process and have done it many times with other process servers with no issue. They did not do it in the allowed time the courts gave us and it expired. Had to go back to court and have it redone. Then I did most of the work for them for alternate service through the postal system. All they did was mail the court papers. And they tried charging us for things they did not do but what I did! Would NEVER NEVER recommend them! Plus they are very rude on the phone when you try asking them about the job I hired them to do, which they failed to do.I have no idea what you are talking about and please review the correct case, which there were two going on at the same time. My case was finally finalized and went through after months of fighting with your company to push forward with it. We had to do alternate service and change the court date because your company did not follow through. I provided you with the new address as well as having to contact the post office myself to make sure your company did alternate service, which they did not the first. Then I had to call back to the post office AGAIN to speak with the supervisor to get a fax number and provide your company with that fax so you could send them the request for him to sign it personally! So please do not tell me I did not do what I was supposed to do with my case! YOU DID NOT DO YOUR JOB AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY!!!!

It is a very good service. I use them when I need to serve documents to a tenant that is in the process of being evicted (which is a very stressful situation , at least for me).They handle that portion of my business in a very professional manner.

This is a horrible company! They don’t repspond and offer you empty promises. I got on the phone with Becky and she tells me she’ll call me back??! She’s talking to a colleagues. Never use this company 0 rating and unprofessional!

Extremely rude, lazy, and downright vicious! I needed invoices and receipts from services rendered to be sent over to my address and not only did they mess up my address, they never called me despite having all the letters returned to them! Finally received a letter from them and it was empty! Called the Burton office, they told me they would resend it and also e-mail the documents to me....a week passed and nothing came. Finally called someone at the small claims division. The woman on the line was not only rude, she barely let me speak and would continually talk over me! She would confuse the served papers and my request for the service receipts and insist that it was already delivered and there was nothing she could do. She tried to hang up right as I was asking her to send me the invoices over e-mail and then sniped that she would do it as soon as she could. Called the Flint office and got a hold of someone who worked at the data entry department and she emailed me all the documentation I needed within 15 minutes. Clearly the Burton office needs to hire some semi-decent staff, as the ones they employ are so entitled that they think that they have the right to speak with a client any way they wish, even if they are in the wrong

This company deserves 0 stars! I paid the company back in November for a service at the Burton office. The service never was completed. I asked for a refund and they refused to return my paperwork and money after closing out my case without notifying me. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was disrespected by one or more staff members every time I showed up to the office. I will NEVER use their services again and definitely wouldnt recommend anyone else to do so either.

Unbelievable bad service. I sent them a paper for service and after a month they not only hadnt served it but claimed they didnt have it in their files. But when I emailed it I was on the phone while they logged it into their system. I contacted them several times to get it served and there was always an excuse, now service is nullified. Absolutely stay away from this company.

Its been more than 4 months they did nothing So lazy employs and They are the worst company deserves -0 stars! I paid to see progress and they will serve till today the 19 of may 17 they did not do Anything at all, back in jan11/17 for a service at the 4020 Somers Dr, Burton, MI 48529. The service never was completed. They never called to give you and update NOTHING Lazy to pickup the phone, The courthouse reschedule the case 3 times and it will be the 4th time I called lots Of times left messages to let them get back to you they did never Do that’s Not right No respect for the people are surfing to get their service done and they already paid for it. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER use their services again and definitely wouldnt recommend anyone else to do so either.Hate to see people struggle for their rights and the Office that Must helps them DOING ZERO for them and they don’t care at all

I hired them back in February to seize a vehicle they did get the vehicle but never placed it in any of there auction they even stopped talking to me and never returned my phone calls I had found out they had been talking with the other party trying to work something out with her and now that the vehicle is in my name they want me to pay them storage fees and now they are putting it in there auction even after I have told them not to I will never tell anyone to use them for any reason

Terrible service they had papers to be served for almost 2 weeks and wouldnt do it then I went to obtain the papers to mail them and they wouldnt give me the originals they gave me a copy and refused to refund the money would never recommend this company
