Literally the worst nail salon experience I have ever had! Had three different ladies in there swapping out doing my fill and they all were super sloppy while doing them and being a cosmetologist myself I know how it’s done, the shellac job she did after was horrific the pictures don’t even do it justice, and I asked her to paint the ends of my nails as well with the bright shellac so you couldn’t see the acrylic and she says no that look bad no body sees that part!! I’m disgusted I just wasted over $40! Guess I’ll go home and remove the shellac from my cuticles myself, don’t waste your time here!

I went in today for a fill, there was no wait. The lady did my nails, I paid, and left. Once I got into the car I realized how poor my nails looked. I will never go back there again and I encourage you to do the same

I wish I could give no star because I definitely would! Shape was completely messed up. The person didn’t even bother to ask for my approval or if I was okay with the shape, I was going for a nice, short, square shape I got what apparently looks like an oval. I will not be attending this place ever again.

The worker had a very nasty attitude because I had to ask her to vet the heels of my feet. Could not get the original nails I picked out, because the cars eye didnt have a match to the toe nails. So however she took it upon herself to not to give me acrylic toe nailsThen the polish came off before I left the salon

I asked for longer and they are short. Asked for coffin and they gave me square. The nail polish is chipping already and I got them done today.

I left with rougher feet then I came in there with, they made my toe nail bleed, and they definitely messed up on the painting of my toes I showed her a picture of how I always have them and they still looked like this so I went toy regular lady today and they are so much better and she fixed the roughness of my feet also! Dont go here I told them I wasnt happy and they didnt care and I paid $35 for this mess...

DO NOT COME HERE. I just sent my little sister here to get her nails done and the nail polish is destroyed they left hair in the polish and they are no where near even. I wish it would let me post a photo. I will going up there tomorrow for a refund.😂😂

I want this Nail place to be number one. I want the experience to be five star. I want this entire location to prosper. Courtland Center is such a historical place. Every thing associated with this location should be on a level of excellence. This place is family oriented had has beautiful colors.

I would NEVER give them another dollar of mines they are so unprofessional they closes earlier than they are supposed and when you come in to get and request a simple service of just an cut down they said they were closed...as long as I been going there I will NEVER go back!!!

I wish I didnt have to leave any stars. The lady actually rolled her eyes when I told her I wanted coffin shaped, she painted over my cuticles, left the edges jagged, she actually glued my fingers together. I honestly could have done better. Would have been cheaper. $40 for something that looks like a 5 yr old did. They used to be decent but once the younger girl left, they went downhill. Never again!!

We were walk-ins and they got us right in for our pedicures and did a great job. Well be going back for sure!Edit:Ive been here a couple of times for my nails now and I dont lovw them. They drill right into mu real nail and ALWAYS leave them longer than I want.

Went there for my first ever pedicure.....DO NOT go there!! My feet are still kind of rough, the paint job was all over my toes not very good experience at all!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. The gal gel coated the sides of my nails and left tons of paint on my fingers. They are not smooth and the gel lamp looked like it was on its last leg. I went back, only to find out there are no refunds and there is a 30 minute wait to get them cleaned up.

If I could give no stars I would... Worst experience EVER! Me and my daughter went here to get our nails done last week the lady that did my nails did a horrible job painting them the paint was over the cuticle and on the sides. They were so rude especially the guy. My daughter got her nails painted and had jewels put on them. 2 days later the nails were so lifted they werent even covering her nails they looked like they were done 2 months ago not 2 days and most of the jewels fell off THIS WAS ONLY 2 DAYS LATER! after the jewels fell off it just looked like a mess of glue on them where the jewels were She paid $90 for nails that didnt even last 1 day. Plus we were there for 4 hours. I didnt even get acrylic I just got an overlay and regular polish no gel or anything else and she got the same thing with the jewels. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend going here. I wish I could post the pictures of how terrible her nails looked after just 1 day. And the really sad part is she works 3 jobs and didnt have time this week to go back and see if they could fix them and she paid all that money.

Horrible customer service. She was so worried about what was going on around her with everyone else she cut my finger open at the cuticle touching that grinder thing to me while looking the other way. I asked for a 17.00 gel fill and picked a color from their gel palate and was charged 33.00. She said the color I picked cost 18.00!!! It wasnt marked anywhere nor was it ever mentioned. If she wouldve done a good job it would have been worth it. They are a hot mess. I wish I could post the pictures I took.

I had been going to them for years until I went on a busy afternoon. I wanted a pedicure and a full set. The lady who did my feet didn’t even scrub them. She literally put them in water and I tried to explain this multiple times. So... when security arrived asking what had happened they FINALLY listened and she replied “no I didn’t scrub “ so he offered her to scrub them for me and I refused and left. Security told me I’d have to pay. I refused and walked right to my car. One thing I can’t deal with is disrespect and if I wanted a simple bath for my feet I’d have done so at home. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I will not be returning. They tried over charge me for the same type of nail that i always get (which is always 28$) they ended up trying to charge me 45$ they said my shape and size was what costed more and that if i wanted glitter nail polish added to my ring finger (which i always do get) THIS TIME it was going to be 5$ extra. It was regular nail polish not shellac! And i got a medium/small coffin shape nail. What made things worse was that my cousin was right next to me and she had got her nails done exactly the same the day before and they only charged her 30$ for everything. I also showed her how similar our nails looked and asked why she was trying to over charge me and all she said was “You have to pay now. You come here all the time you know the prices.” I definitely wont be returning until they learn to stop trying to rip people off!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Went there for shellac, lady cut my finger wide open and deep, drilled my nail completely down to where it was bleeding on my nail bed, they were walking around barefoot, and they only put one coat of shellac color on, so parts of my nails you can see through the color. Also didnt clean off the shellac on my cuticles or the edge of my finger. My nails look horrible. Never ever go here.

I usually love going here when I come back home but the service has gone down so bad. I spent $40 less than a week ago for an overlay with shellac. The acrylic is so thin that It is chipping and lifting up. The lady who did my nails (all the way at the end, by the back door) was on FaceTime the whole time she was doing my nails. She almost put the wrong color on my nails because her lack of paying attention! I WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! And to top It all off, the shop hours start at 10am... they decided to show up around 10:30am 🙄 thank you NEXT!!!

I am a cosmetologist!! I tried to tell the guy doing my nails you cant have the polish touching my cuticle it will make the polish peel off.. tried to tell me im wrong.. He didnt seal off the tips of my nails either!! Do not go to foxy nails!! Sanitation is terrible too!!

Got an overlay nails not polished right and uneven. Noticed after polish was applied.Ask the man to refix them I literally had to tell him the obvious. Got so frustrated left while toes were still wet. SO NOT HAPPY 😒 Make an appt. some where else.wont let me post the pics

They dont care about the quality they just care about how many people they get done. They overcharge and make up their own prices off the top of their heads. One week I went in for a shellac it cost $21 and two weeks later it cost $25.🙄 They blamed the shellac peeling on my toes my fault but it was really theirs due to poor installment. I was a loyal customer but Ill NEVER go back after today. Very rude to me, and dont get me started on the way they speak in their own language after you tell the something.Posted: 06-01-2017

Had some issues: 1st I asked for almond shaped nails, and she cut them short and square 😡2nd my whole nail wasnt covered with acrylic I am beyond livid! I will never go there again. 3rd they are not a perfect square, I cant even post a picture of them to show you. Cant wait to take them OFF!! 🖕🏿

Shaped horribly, my almond shaped points are slanted and they pop off within a week, led gel lights dont dry good, the woman was rude and rushed and did a bad job, i got a mani pedi and full set and she charged me for a manicure but didnt do it. Never going back.

I got my nails done a little over twenty-four hours ago and my acrylics are already chipping. The lady did a terrible paint job. And the worker did ask my what shape I wanted or anything.They were to large for my nails and ugly.

Just Horrible! My mothers shellac had to be done twice because the lady was holding a child at the same time, and I left without any polish on my toes because they were taking so long. I had to laugh when he asked me for $75 at the end for 2 pedicures (again 1 wasnt even completed). He said $20 for 1 shellac. I will never go there again! Dirty and a waste of time.

The absolute worst nail place I’ve ever been to they do the worst gel nails in Michigan. I had polish all over my the sides of my nails and they were so thick. I had to get them done twice and they were still a mess.
