While most of the staff were perfectly friendly and accommodating, you have a receptionist/phone person that really sullied the experience of coming there. If I could give less than 1 star for her alone, I would. Im not gonna name names, because theres no way this facility isnt aware of how she deals with people. But I will say is that she does not have the MOXIE it takes to be speaking to people on a day to day basis.

Been going here for years for my mammograms, always been very happy, but not this time. The receptionist was not very friendly, and the girl that did my mamo was very rude. I was having a hard time breathing with the mask on, while she was waiting for the computer between shots I would sit in the chair and pulled my mask out from my face to get some air, never taking my mask off, and she was behind the glass at least 6 foot away. She kept telling me I had to keep my mask on. It would have been no different than somebody wearing a shield. She never ask me if I was ok while getting dressed. She knew I was having a hard time breathing. Im not used to that kind of treatment at an establishment like this. My appt. Was 8/14/20 at 11:30. I hope they read these reviews.

Had a ultrasound this morning, the ultrasound tech was great explained everything she was going to do and made it simple! The woman at the front desk though was rude. I walked in, went to the desk and she says stand here sign in then go sit down rudely. Every person who came in that had a simple question couldnt even ask till she called them up.

Thanks a lot to your office for not seeing me when Im sick..only because my last appointment was back in 2013. Well, I havent needed to see a doctor since then, until NOW, and you are making me fit into the new patient category!? I have been coming to your doctors since I was BORN!!!! I can understand filling out and updating some paperwork when I get to the office, but you will make me wait 2-3 weeks and then give me a callback​ IF youll take me on as a patient? For your information, I am a cash patient, so you would have been paid up front, with no red tape. Another thing is, you should be happy I am a healthy individual, and dont have to be seen hardly ever! Thanks a lot for making me feel mistreated. Whoever decides this rule ought to be fired. Anyhow, now youll get to mail out all of my patient history to my NEW DOCTORS OFFICE. And you know what else? Since you offices are all somehow related, I will happily pay this new office to see me at LEAST once a year..heck Ill follow all of their guidelines. Sorry you lost out on a good patient. Thanks for nothing.

Went here with a pulled neck muscle. The lady who calls herself a physicians assistant was condescending and rude, she acted like every patient was an inconvenience. Prescribed me muscle relaxers which did nothing to help the problem, would not even give me a note to take the next day off to rest and recover, had a huge attitude at the thought of doing so.Three weeks afterwards a bill from Genesys arrives telling me there is money owed on my visit (they acted like they were giving me a discount on the doctor visit). Next time charge me the full amount IN OFFICE so it is not necessary to send out a check in the mail.

Ive been there for many procedures and never had a problem.

They worked me in the same day. Received my results the next day. Very nice staff.

Always friendly and fast. Hardly ever wait more than a few minutes to get in.

Never had any problems. Polite, they listen to me. Sometimes it can be a wait.
