Dr. Bonadeo has been my dentist, ever since he took over the office in Burton years ago. He has always given me great service and the staff as well, everyone is extremely friendly. The quality of the Drs work is second to none, I have never had an issue with any of my dental work, excellent workmanship.

Just want to give a huge shout out to this awesome office. The physician are kind and caring and seem to go above and beyond to enhance my dental appointment. I appreciate them so much because let’s face I hate needles and have been fearful of the dentist . But my visit here changed all that. FRAUDULENT & Sketchy family-owned business practice. Owner and reception are highly unprofessional and opinionated. You cant have anything done at this office without having to suffer through FOX news the entire time. If thats not enough to put you off, the inevitable fraud or poor workmanship will catch up with you.This place will charge you as long as you will sit in the chair. I had my insurance used up every year within the first couple months, all while being told I have the worst insurance in the country (Blue Cross.)All of that was bearable until COVID when appointments were allowed at the doctors discretion. They began a root canal at the end of one year, charge my insurance, tell me Call back when I am in pain. When I come back (after they have opened) they tell me I owe them $800 and have to see an oral surgeon to have the teeth extracted. I guess a root canal wasnt an emergency.Now I am fighting with insurance to have the actual root canal finished because I am only allowed one per lifetime.. I guess that would have been good to know before they drilled out two of my teeth (one of which is broken in the gums now) and prevented me from finishing the work. Their excuse is I should have come in sooner.Avoid this place and go to a professional office! This place will fight you to the death as soon as something goes wrong!I am seeing a new dentist and they are telling me that I will have to have the opposite side (previously fixed by doctor) repaired as well. Save yourself time and stress and choose a better dentist!

I havent been to a dentist in at least 10 years. I choose Parkside not only because they were close to home, but also because I remember having a good experience at my last visit years ago...I was not disappointed! Deborah the receptionist is so kind, my technician Courtney who cleaned my teeth was very friendly and gentle and made my stay in the chair much easier. Dr. Bonadeo then filled some cavities and both he and his assistant were kind and attentive to me, and I am pleased with the work. Thank you to a great staff :)

Unacceptable billing practices. Debra has changed her story multiple times, from not billing a denial of service since 2017 (I have gotten from her that it is expensive, and that at this office its not very effective and people ignore their bills) to oh, I thought I would see you as a patient again. I went to the office for a specialty procedure, and I have a regular dentist, so your not going to see me again my procedure was done. In 2020 I get a $313.50 bill from 2017 that you never once billed me for. As a medical biller, it is past timely filing for me to dispute the charge due to the length of time. I asked to settle the amount of money and she said yes, then again when I asked she changed her story yet again, and said I must of not known what you were asking me. Seriously this is unacceptable period!

Please stay away from this dentist office! They will bill you for procedures from years ago claiming you owe them money! Receptionist claimed it’s too expensive to send paper bills. I set up a payment plan in 2020 for some bill they decided to send from 2017. Now they finally send some paper bill in 2021 stating I still owe money? This place is insane. AVOID

I chose Parkside because it was close to home and I was very happy with my experience. The staff was very pleasant and down to earth. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I liked that they used new technology that made the visit shorter. Everyone chips in to take care of you there. Looks like I found a new dentist. :)

Fantastic staff - VERY informative, gentle and friendly!They are wonderful for keeping on time with your scheduled appointment! Did not face a waiting room with 50 people in front of me with a long wait…they are right on time with my scheduled appointment! EVERY time! I love that they respect my time as a patient.Grateful for the wide screen TV with movies to keep my kids occupied while in they were in the dental chair. :)The best part, Dr. Bonadeo is a perfectionist!

I am very impressed with Dr. Bonadeos dentistry. It is so comforting to know that he really cares about the quality of work he does. He is so meticulous with each restoration he does, it is as if each patient is his own personal family member! The whole staff treats me so friendly each time I have been in the office, it feels like I am visiting old friends each time I am there! Love, Love, Love this office!!!

My family and I are new patients this year, and so far our experience has been very good. The waiting area is nice and comfortable, and the technology in the treatment area is up to date. They are very thorough and explain everything to you that is being done, or needs to be done.Granted, the normal visit here is a little longer than most, however when your appointment is completed you know that you have been well taken care of.

The office has a very comfortable feel all throughout the office which makes it easy to relax here. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and efficient. Ive had my teeth cleaned and other work done here; Every time it has been a pleasure. I like how they take pictures of your teeth and put them up on a screen so you can see what they are talking about. All the people have been very nice and helpful. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Bonadeos work in cosmetic and restorative dentistry is superb. He has done several crowns for me and both my oral surgeon and periodontist have remarked about the high quality of his work. He is highly recommended.

Dr. Bonadao is ver meticulas and puts you at ease by answering any questions you might have. Although slow, you only need come once for each problem, as it is taken care of completely and you wont have to go back for that particular problem again!
