Excellent service, item was finished before the weekend when quoted to be done by Monday. Came back with what I thought was an issue with the repair, turned out it was normal unrelated wear and tear but they still helped me figure it out! Will definitely be back if I have any other issues.

You can stop looking elsewhere. Take your computer to these folks. When my monitor failed, they put it on their workbench to fix it and broke it further. IT COST THEM MORE TO REPAIR IT THAN THEY CHARGED ME! Few businesses practice that level of ethics.Recently, during the pandemic, though closed, Brandon confirmed via phone, a bad power suppjy. I took my external hard drive to Computer Solutions, as it had failed. Brandon was very conscientious about protecting my data before working on the drive. As it turned out, I was able to recover my data from another source and their repair services were not required. I was delightfully surprised that they didnt even charge me a diagnosis fee. I would definitely recommend them.

After receiving a call from Microsoft, telling me my office was infected with a virus. I called Computer Solutions. They told me not to worry, helped me for free over the phone , then came out and removed all traces of the virus. They have also helped us learn what NOT to do in these times. There are far better places to go with people who actually know what they are doing. How would they even know, they cant know every email of every customer whos been in their shop. If they had any idea how to use computers they would know that. Fake company cant even use computers let alone fix them.

Needed help at my house with my computer and they came out that day to fix it. Great service too. they made sure to check for everything. Found viruses on my computer i had no idea about. would use them again and will refer friends.

Took very good care of my computer.

We have been working these guys for almost 10 years. They setup my first server and it ran flawlessly until we outgrew it. We have purchased a couple of firewall systems that have run without issues. They then installed a remote VPN without a problem. We installed our own server a couple years ago and it failed because it was improperly setup. CSE was able to recover all of my files, repair the server and help get the network back up and running. Great service. I have no complaints.

Socially awkward employees, broke my laptop had to return for them to fix it for free and literally got home and it was broken again. Go to Best Buy or better yet buy a warranty so you don’t get coned because you don’t know anything about computers

Wish I could rate 0 stars. My girlfriend brought her laptop here because the keyboard was malfunctioning. They told her it would be cheaper just to buy a new laptop than to fix it. They also offered to “clean it up” so it would run faster because it has the typical problems that most computers with windows 10 have. They charged her $90 just to look for the problems. Now she has the laptop back, the OS is now running slower than before, her touchpad for the mouse is not working, and her copy of Microsoft office is now saying it was copied suspiciously and will not open until she buys it again. This place doesn’t even know how to clean up a laptop with windows 10. They are over priced and their employees are apparently uneducated.

They helped me get Windows 10 off my laptop and cleaned it up :D
