I think they over charge for their oil changes but thats not the crews fault. The crew they have is amazing and fast! Justin was very nice and took the time to look at my vehicle and checked out a concern that I had and he didnt have to do that. It makes you feel valued as a customer and I appreciate the crews hard work and service.

Friendly staff but was charged $35.50 for labor on top of the $40 for the full service oil change. Will be going back to my last oil change place. Figured Id switch to magpie because it was closer. I will save $30 bucks by going out of my way next time. $78 for a oil change?

Eve was very Friendly and Informative. So was The Gentleman that did my oil change he was also a mechanic working on his day off to help out our Location. Highly recommend this Team in Burton Center and Atherton Rd! They Also Top off your Fluids and Oil up to a Quart in between. I just learned theres a Synthetic oil change good for 6,000 miles how kool it that! Totally worth it to save your Engine and more affordable/Cheaper than getting two regular 3,000 mile Oil changes!

Pretty good service. Out of preferred oil. Pricey. I guess they all are. Installed my air filter. Over all a good visit.

My new oil change place. They are fast, convenient, and with the coupons, reasonably priced. I enjoy the fluid guarantee, you can stop in any time during your 3,000 miles and they top off your oil, washer fluid, ect for free!

Nothing I could possibly say would explain how great these employees are. Not only are they doing a FULL SERVICE Oil Change (checks all fluids, air up tires, etc.) for only $19.95, they are very intelligent and very friendly. Because my car is older, I thought noises I was hearing were minor issues from old age. They explained to me in detail what they found wrong (fuel intake, serpentine belt, as well as oil in my coolant), in which I would never think to go get looked at. They are very reasonable in pricing, and wonderful people with very positive attitudes. I recommend them to anyone, anywhere!-Just like to add, they also informed me; now that I am a customer, they will add air in my tires, &/or oil in my engine if I start running low before my next oil change is due!-

Im very unhappy with their service they charged my grandma $120 $50 for the oil change and $70 for changing the power steering fluid which I never heard of when she went for a oil change telling her that it was recommended for her powersteering fluid to be drained and replaced on her 2009 Chevrolet Impala with 74,700 miles i have never ever heard of that i have never ever heard of that on any of my vehicles. My last car had 180,000 miles on it when it got totalled out and I never evet heard of having to change the powersteering fluid. I go to instalube on Pierson and Linden. They never ever told me that the powersteering fluid ever has to be changed. I wont recommend magpie oil change to any one. Every time I get a oil change at instalube I only $25- $30. Magpie just wanted to take advantage of my grandma. Thats messed up

Today marks the second bad experience Ive had while at this Magpies. Each time Ive gone over my recommended mileage, I been talked to in a very condescending manner and I have been told to come in for an additional oil change before the end of my next oil change cycle. Today I attempted to use a coupon I had been emailed by Magpies, and I was told I could not use it because I didnt print it out and they needed the barcode in order to take off the appropriate discount. Needless to say, the email and the coupon didnt contain any sort of barcode. The attendant told me that the charge for my oil change would be $39.99, and I had previously paid $27.99 not including a $5 discount. I provided my receipt from my last oil change, and they continued to argue that their price did not change. Needless to say, Im very unhappy with the service I have received. However, the previous two times I had been here I was met with great customer service and wonderful prices. Maybe I just always catch them on a bad day.

Terrible. Worst ever. 1 star is too much. My car had to be taken to dealership to fix what Magpie tech broke. The careless inexperienced tech broke my thermostat outlet during filter removal causing codes, errors, and warnings about water temp, check engine light, etc. No offer to refund my $80 fee for the oil change either. Take your car somewhere else, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
