BUYER BEWARE: I wish I could go back in time and request an example of their services. First off, JanPro finds cleaning companies to work for them and sends them to your facility to clean. They require you to sign a contract, which I had to do as a daycare center. Now I am stuck with poor service for 8 more months unless I want to pay for the remaining months. The soap dispenser has fallen off the wall in the kitchen and the bathroom and was left on the floor for us to clean up which took forever because off all of the soap. They used something on our stainless steel refrigerator that has rusted the whole door. The floor is half clean (literally watched the same piece of paper on my floor for weeks before I picked it up myself) and its dusty. And they leave their cleaning supplies all over the floor of my utility room. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have stayed quiet for too long. I deserve a clean facility for my money. I suggest you shop around and make an informed decision.

We had issues almost weekly with promises made but not kept. We would send photos to our rep (that we found out was a subcontractor not a Jan Pro employee..) asking for them to fix the issues but they simply failed to do a good job. Now theyre suing us for breach of contract after we were forced to move onto a more professional service provider

Horrible service they also need to hire more customer service oriented on the phone. Quality customer service matters also the knowledge of the products and cross selling. Make the changes the CEO will have more business!

I am actually very surprised the amount of good reviews recently because my experience over the last few months has been nothing but a headache and trying to connect with anyone to get these rectified is near impossible.1. After using JanPro for years, I caught that we have been over charged for days when we had EnviorShield sprayed (we were advised at the time to cancel cleaning when we had the spray being done), on holidays, and we were quoted on our original bid incorrectly. The bid is interesting because JanPro actually tried to come back and say we were underpaying and tried to tell us they needed to increase our monthly costs. This caused me to really dig into where the discrepancy began, when in actuality, they were charging us for rooms that did not exist. As far as being charged for holiday, JanPros contract states they do not service on major holidays - yet we were charged? Pretty sneaky.2. They RUSH through cleaning. Our offices are rather large and our COO stayed late one evening and saw the cleaning lady only take out trash and vacuum. ZERO dusting was done. When this was addresses with her, she complained that this was not worth the money for her and said the issue was our staff.3. There is literally mounds of dust in corners, behind doors, in our vents. I waited to determine how often dusting was taking place and for two weeks dead ant bodies sat on our windowsill. Of course, I had to address this in order to have this cleaned and handled.Honestly the list is endless. Not quite sure what has changed because we have been with JanPro for about 5 years and I have had issues here adn there, but over the last 6 months the quality, communication, and attention to details has decreased significantly.My recommendation - If you do not have time to micromanager a vendor, then you are better off finding someone on Task Rabbit and sparking a deal with him/her or finding a smaller cleaning company that does not have so many layers of management that makes your voice not heard.

A great organization to work with! Very detailed at our initial walk through to discuss my cleaning needs and consistent follow up to make sure everything was done properly. Requests and concerns are quickly addressed and I have been very pleased with the service provided thus far.

We have used a few cleaning companies in the past and JAN-PRO has been the best. Very professional. Very good service. Always happy when I return to work after a cleaning. Definitely recommend!

Not the best cleaning company, in my opinion. They sub out cleaning companies and we got stuck with a lemon. Also, they require you to sign a yearly contract vs monthly like most other companies do. So, if youre not happy with their services, youre pretty much stuck paying your full balance for the year. The lemon crew that they gave us should honestly be giving us money back for all the times they did a half-a** job. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Doesnt do the job theyre contracted to do let alone show up to work-the rest of the time I guess theyre OK?

I utilize them at 2 of my office locations and they do a thorough job and are always professional. I enjoy working with this company because they are also very responsive.

They do a decent job but some days I feel as if they have rush right through. We are a rather large office building and have 5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large area to vacuum but this was all shown when we signed our contract for services. I would give this company ZERO stars if it was an option. Their cleaning service is HORRIBLE. I have tried to cancel several times but they keep insisting that I send a certified letter.I am fed up and disgusted by their antics.
