Ive had them out twice now - once for my stove and once for my freezer. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed both problems the first time. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I am very pleased with the service. I would absolutely call them again.(This was after I had another firm out that charged me a lot of money, didnt actually fix my problem, and tried to argue with me.)

Had them scheduled to come in by my home warranty. They called when I was in a meeting, but they were going to be meeting my boyfriend. He saw the guy just sitting in his truck and then leave. I called back to let them know that someone was there and all I got was you knew the drill. They didnt bother coming to the door (unlike what they claimed on the phone) and they arent going to come back. Weve been officially skipped and I couldnt even tell you if they do good work.I *can* tell you that they have horrible customer service.

Unprofessional, have no customer service skills. This is a warranty repair for refrigerator and i ask the tech to look at door handle for freezer the guy didnt even check the handle and left. Next thing i am getting a call from A&G asking to pay additional $$ for handle replacement, when i asked why Greg got mad and said talk to your warranty company. This has been issue and i am unable to get my repair done...God knows what they told the warranty company...I will not pay single penny to them even if i have get new refrigerator.

A&G was sent to me from nicor home solutions to repair my icemaker and clothes dryer. The owner Greg has very poor customer service. The service tech came out 7/30/21 inspected both appliances then said he had to order parts a week later the parts arrived so a different tech came out on 8/9/2 1 and replaced the icemaker went down to repair the dryer came back up and said he had to order parts I notified the owner Greg of how disguised I was with their service he became offended as if I had wronged him in some way I told they suckled who calls someone and tells them their parts have arrived then come out for repairs and have to order parts stay far away from this place.

Bad customer service. Had to call to see why they didnt come out to repair my washer after 10 days of not hearing from them. Rude customer service. Called and they said washer not worth repairing. They could have call me immediately to let me know it wasnt worth their time. Instead, I had to call them. Have a 3rd party service contract. I will report them to the service contract supplier. My advice, go somewhere else.

Warranty repair on my Whirlpool dryer. Greg was polite, friendly professional and prompt scheduling service on my dryer. Saul the technician arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the repairs and my dryer is working like new. I would call this company in the future even if my repairs were not under warranty. 👍2/27/20

Horrible customer service and a place I would never recommend my worst enemy. They are lazy and would rather not do there job.open and closed refrigerator out of that it was determined 4 major parts were needed. taking 2 weeks to order and now another 4 days to come out. Rude and disrespectful. Never use this company!!!

I would rate this place a zero. The technician identified the issue and said he would order the part, needless to say a week later I did a follow up part and he had not ordered the part. He came back out to repair another appliance. I had to let him know that he put it back together off track and the main appliance that needed fixing is still broken MY F...ING REFRIGERATOR. Its been over 3 weeks and still no working fridge. I asked the repairman when is someone coming...his response is....uhhhh duhhhhh, let me call you back.

These guys had to come out a few different times to do some warrantied work on my Samsung fridge. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Brian and Ed were they technicians who came out. Thank you both for all your help! Will call you again if something else breaks!

Their service person advised us to unplug refrigerator and leave doors open the day before they come to do the repair. When I attempted to confirm what I was told by their sales person, the dude actually mocked me like a child. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Oh my .... where do I start? I’ll try to keep this short, and if feasible, family friendly.1) I agree with the other 0 and 1 star reviews.2) Horrible service3) Failed to repair the problem the first time4) Created a different (new) problem5) So rude, I don’t even know how the word “service” can be in this company’s name; unless they are referring to “servicing” in the context of bending someone over.....Just do yourself a favor; stay as far away from this company as possible (don’t say you haven’t been warned, if you want to go with them notwithstanding the forgoing information my last bit of advice is bring plenty of lube, you are about to be screwed)!

I will NOT recommend this place. My warranty company employed them to fix my dishwasher and after few calls and couple of weeks, they showed up. The technician who came did not bother to look into issues reported, just took few pictures, never to be heard back from and on calling gave me different version from what my warranty company said they told them.They are rude when you call them, so not a pleasant experience dealing with them.

Service was scheduled to get a call day before to tell me they didn’t have the parts needed. 2 weeks later get a call telling me the only time they available is in the afternoon on Thursday that I wasn’t to happy with but agreed to. Received a call the day before telling me the only way I’m getting my washer repaired is if they come in the morning and they don’t know when in the morning and if I don’t like it I can schedule it for some other time.

Came to repair my refrigerator under warranty. The person I talked with on the phone to schedule the repair was very polite and informative. Pete the repair technician was awesome! He was really nice and explained the repair/what he was doing. He also made the kids smile and laugh. Couldnt recommend him enough - thanks again Pete!

This TV repair shop is the only one recommended to me by my TV manufacturer, as it was certified. I took my 2-year old television down to the store for a diagnosis and ultimate repair. This being my first experience with this store I took the leap of faith and paid for the diagnosis. (The diagnosis was quite expensive in it of itself, and should be FREE of charge people!) Nevertheless I had the repair appraised and left the TV for repair. The store has a crafty 30-day refund policy for which they claim to be able to back up their work/service, and a 90 day parts policy. After these deadlines are passed, they cannot do anything about your problem. I paid over $300 to get my 40 LCD TV fixed, and it worked. For how long? For three and a half months, and then guess what? Broke down again, but this is not their problem any more! This was a complete scam, and I wish I had never paid this much money for a repair. You are better off investing in a new set or investigating other repair shops, than making donations to this repair shop for the service they provide. STAY AWAY.

I dropped off my Panasonic Micro-wave and from the very first few moments of entering the facility I knew I was going to have an excellent experience...very polite and caring folks here.I was told when it would be ready and I received a call on that day...I went back to pick it up and I was shown what was done to my micro-wave by the technician and the owner was there all the time making sure I was happy with the results.The owner even gave me a few tips on how to care for my oven and he even put it in the trunk of my car!!! Well Done A&G! I will certainly recommend this shop to my friends and customers.Im glad to see someone who cares about people and their little bumps in the road...they certainly made my day!!!

Very unprofessional....warranty company assigned this company to my claim. Scheduled an appointment for a Monday and never showed. Called and said they dont let warranties schedule appointments for them. I told them what was wrong with the product because it had happened before so they would come with the part. they gave me a window of 1-6 on Wednesday. I waited around for them all day and even called them (no answer) and the technician ended showing up after 6. When the technician arrived he had no parts on him. Came in and told me I need a new motherboard even though the product worked. Told me I had to wait 5 days for the warranty company to approve it. Instead I waited over 3 weeks for them to not fix anything. In those 3 weeks I would call and get different answers from different ppl about what is going on with the warranty. All in all this company is very unprofessional and made me wait a month for nothing.

I have a Samsung dryer with a 5 year warranty, called my warranty company on a Sunday and gave me a Tuesday of following week, Monday Greg called and we reschedule for Wednesday, a and g tech on my call went home sick , Greg called me around 11 am Wednesday to tell me he couldnt make it. Hour or so later Greg called back and he rerouted a couple jobs, ed his tech came out a bout 1pm, replace a loose idler and cleared out blower wheel full of lint, ed explained that loose idler and lint can cause bad vibrations and noises also lint fires from inside the blower. Im in the service field and was totally satisfied with ed and Greg, service industry can get a bad rap easily, a rumble noise to one person can be a squeak to another.You cant have every part on every service truck .Thumbs up a and g

Poor customer relations.Set up appointment for Tuesday after Thanksgiving concerning refrigerator repair because they were booked. No refrigerator for Thanksgiving mentioned to their representative on phones no empathy given just said Tuesday soonest day available, do you want the appointment. Set up appointment only to be given call on following Monday saying they don’t provide service in my area. Can’tunderstand how that was not mentioned before when appointment was made. They obviously don’t care about customers.

Absolute terrible service came out three different times to fix a dryer under warranty and its going on 2 months... Greg who is the manager cant seem to communicate properly and all we get told is someone will call back.First encounter was someone who came looked at the machine for 5 minutes and said parts will be here and we cant give you an estimate but someone will call you. Parts come and shocker not the right part...

My ovens broiler bar fell off. The guy over the phone stated he will order the parts. I called in February 19th and finally parts get in April 2nd. During waiting period, they never call me even they said they will call me to inform. I had to make several all to get answer. During those several call, who answered the phone said who are you?.Plus they did not burden to make call me when they get a parts.Also they cannot tech appointment until the morning that day.Finally, tech showed up and he did just put a screw. He did not need put new parts.This company has no customer service and no professionalism Period!

Great work A&G!Toshiba said my 2-1/2 year old 55 LCD wasnt worth fixing, you proved them wrong. I never expected it to be fixed, let alone a quick turn around on my defective TV. The price was fair and sure beat dropping another thousand on a new TV. Your staff was very informative and keep me up to date on the progress. If I ever need to get another TV repaired, Ill bypass those that are in my town and head over to A&G.Thank you!

This company is terrible!!!!! They were suppose to come out to fix my dishwasher today with a window 330-7, they called minutes before 7 and said they weren’t coming because it was too late! The man acted like he didn’t speak English and said to call back tomorrow, he in return hung up on me. Do not use them! They will waste your time!

I really hate giving one star! I would of gave none! I will never do service with A & G again. I never received a call to be scheduled. When i finally did and we scheduled a time i told them that i had a 2:45 appointment that I could not miss. When they called to say that the parts were in and that they could now come out to work on the repair which was a week later than the initial call I against told them about this appointment and requested an AM appointment. On the day of the repair I again reminded them about my appointment and they gave me an appointment time between 2:45 and 6 pm. A & G said they would call first. Of course they called at 3pm and told me that I wasn’t home and I would need to reschedule for next Wednesday. 3 weeks from my initial call. When I called the company back and asked when they were circling back to my home they told me to reschedule and then hung up on me!!PLEASE DONT USE A & G FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!

A & G are unreliable. They were supposed to fix my dishwasher under warranty. They blew me off after the warranty company scheduled an appoinyment. It has been a month since they first came out. They were supposed to be here today between 330 and 7. The technician purposely waited until after the office was closed to cancell. I was then unable to talk to a manager and was told by the tech to reschedule. I had to take off work twice for this company and would suggest that you use a different company if you want reliable professional service

I can’t write a review on the actual repair service because we never got there! The manager/owner Greg Phifer is a..h... I would never do business with this guy. Also if you read the other reviews I’m not the only person to have an issue with him. Unprofessional, gives you these smart aleck answers and is flat out rude!!! Short temper and a liar! Couldnt even get my refrigerator repair.

Geek Squad contracted these guys to fix a broken washer that was 6 weeks old. Claim was filed in early part of April. Greg, the apparent MGR was unwilling to look at the machine, rather wanted to troubleshoot over the phone. Nearly four weeks elapses, and the parts come in. Shows up today, and in 5 minutes, their tech (who was excellent) determines the washer is completely un-repairable. During one phone call, I questioned what the status was, about 2 weeks into the process; Greg said I left you a voice-mail at your house (which there was not one) and told you we need to order parts, now I am doing double work. I called him the following week and Greg stated Look, you have called us 3 times, I will tell you when the parts are in. Best Buy doesnt pay us to come out twice, so we are not going to waste our time just looking at it when we may not have the parts. I am in customer service. I am aware of what unreasonable customers sound like. Clearly, this firm should not be contracted with Geek Squad if the repairs they provide are so inconvenient.

I can only speak about their manager, Greg Fifer. I cannot speak about their ability to do repairs because he would not allow me to.Heres the story.LG Icemaker stopped working. We called LG on July 30th, and they set us up with an appointment for today, August 10th, between 8-12.A&G guy calls us yesterday to get the model number for the machine. I send him a picture after returning home from work. (Never once mentions not coming today.)I receive a call this morning asking about the part. I ask if they will be there today and the agent said they will not. I ask why not if we were set up for an 8-12 time for the repair. He says that the part hasnt been ordered and then transfers me to Greg Fifer.Greg says it will not happen today. I ask why they wouldnt mention that the day before the appointment. He says they dont preschedule appointments like that, especially since its between 8-12 which is one hour before they open. I ask why they couldnt come between 9-12. He says that he is ending the call and does not want to do business with me.Im so confused.I hope you do not buy an LG appliance if this is the company you will have to deal with.Dont buy an LG. Dont work with this company.
