Really love this store but the last couple of times we have gotten skates sharpened here the result has been awful. Edges were so bad you couldnt even turn. Had to get them fixed someplace else since we couldnt waste time going back to have them done poorly again. Will continue to go for all other needs just not skate sharpening. Staff is fantastic and always remembers my son when he goes in, thats why we will continue to go back. Service is great!

Great service, competitive prices. Bought goalie skates on-line, took to store for form fitting sharpening. Very helpful and knowledgeable team.

Staff is knowledgeable about hockey sticks which makes it easy to pick the perfect stick. They also have a net you can shoot at to test out the sticks before you purchase. Also nice to walk into a store that has hockey on the Television. My kids like the hockey cards and other kid items available.

Didnt have laces I needed, disappointed in selection again.

My Daughter and I visited Pure Hockey in Burnsville yesterday for a fitting for Little Wild. It was my first experience with the store and hockey in general ( Besides watching the NHL). We had such a great time, I couldnt believe how amazing the employees were with the kids, Those fitting days must get long and busy and those people were all so enthused with my daughter and full of happy, fun things to say. We had such a positive experience. So, I want to thank you!

Excellent customer service. All of the staff I worked with are very knowledgeable. I bought new skates and they were great to help me find the right pair and get them fitted. Definitely recommend coming here for your hockey needs.

We went to Pure Hockey today for my daughters equipment fitting for The Little Wild hockey program. The whole process was so easy and the staff were amazing and really engaged with the kids trying on equipment. She had such a great experience and everyone was so helpful! Thanks for making something that can be boring and stressful into something fun!

The staff at Pure Hockey Burnsville is very helpful and knowledgeble. They did a wonderful job helping purchase new skates. Josh in particular went way beyond what I expected to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

I love love love this place. Great selection of equipment and fair prices. I wish they had more clothing and hats and stuff like that again though. But I can’t wait to go back. Well done!!!

I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman helping us, but he was awesome! He was helping a few people at the same time, but we never felt like he forgot about us. Got my girl the right sized skates.

This place is awesome for parents with kids who are really in to hockey and have the money to invest in their equipment. Nothing here is much less than expensive.

Went to get my skates sharpened it was not that busy, the guy sharpening my skates he Had bad attitude off the bat. I shouldve checked my skates before I left. Anyway showed up to play hockey and I wanted a normal cut ended up with a V cut. Ruined hockey for me that night. Cant trust this place with my skates any more.

This store has a lot of what your hockey players need, helpful and friendly staff that go above and beyond. Only gave 4 stars due to the fact they no longer carry goalie equipment at this store so no longer a 1 stop shop.

My grandson and his friends love shopping here. Good value for their money.

They can have sticks and skates shipped from other stores or check the Edina store inventory. If they dont have it in stock its because you waited too long and the stock is sold out. A good problem to have in retail.You can get a discount on a new stick if you exchange the old stick. All sticks will break, so having a backup is a necessity.

I went to this location on December 7th to purchase about $2,500 worth of goalie equipment. I waited in an empty store for 15 minutes without any help from one of the three employees working. I left. When I called the following day and spoke with the manager, he told me that I was supposed to chase down an employee and ask for help.Worst retail service I have ever had. He did not even try to get me to come back. So I wont, and neither will any of my team mates or fellow goaltenders.
