I called thinking I had bed bugs. Jeff answered the phone and asked me a bunch of questions...I told him I found what I thought was bed bugs, but said they didnt have legs. He asked to send a picture, so I texted him a video...he called me back immediately saying he was 90% sure I had bed bugs.He came over, at no charge to me, to be sure they were bed bugs, BUT THEY WERENT!!!! He could have scammed me and charged me to heat blast the house, but he didnt. All he asked was for a review on google, he wouldnt even let me pay him for his time.What a guy!

My fiance and I went through the worst nightmare of our lives when we had bed bugs 2 years ago. I reached out to literally 10+ companies to assist me and everyone told us You have to schedule a $95 dollar consultation. Today we both thought we had a bed bug bite, and when we flipped our box spring over we found a small looking bed bug. We called every company we could find to try and receive over the phone help. I finally found Bed Bug Guys and gave them a call. Jeff answered the phone and I told him we found a bug. Within seconds he said, Go ahead and send me a picture and video of the bug you found. He talked on the phone with my fiance and I for over 30 minutes to put our mind at ease. This is at 7:00 PM on a Friday, and he didnt have a single rush to get off the phone. I am the GM with a company based around customer service and I am beyond impressed with Jeff. His integrity, patience, and genuine concern for our peace of mind was refreshing and truly appreciated. He made recommendations for traps, and next steps. Not once did he try and up sell a service. We need more business owners like this in this world. If we find any in the traps, we will be calling him again.

I called and spoke to an employee who spent time on the phone with me about my son’s Plymouth apartment, which has a bed bug problem. He gave me information, advice and available options (even those with a competing company). He was friendly, kind and didn’t rush me off the phone. If needed, I would definitely call this business for assistance.

I came home from vacation and thought I brought some unwanted bed bugs with me. Called and they gave me the best advice. Told me that the Air B&B has policy where if I call and complain they will do an inspection of the house I stayed at for free. Then I would know for certain if there was anything to worry about. He also recommended some traps to use. He also explained that since my trip was recent a visual inspection at my home would probably not find anything as it was to soon. This advice was very helpful and helped relieve my immediate concerns and worries. If end up confirming bed bugs at rental then I will totally 100% call these guys back in for help!

After finding very small black spots on my mattress protector and Googling what they might be (bed bugs) I quickly searched for top rated pest control services specializing in bed bugs. Jeff was at the top of the list, so I gave him a call. He was very nice to me on the phone and asked me to text a picture of what I was finding. He said that he didnt think I had bed bugs. But I hate bugs and couldnt get the thought out of my mind. So I scheduled a time for Jeff to come over (which was very easy- he came over within 1-2 days). He was thorough, even taking things off the wall to check. He didnt find any bugs! He did sell me a trap to put under the bed because of the marks on my mattress pad. He said that it could be from other things too. I highly recommend Jeff! Very reasonable pricing! I cant stress that enough.

Having never had a bed bug problem before, I was brand new to the potential experience, so when there was a possibility that they were around, I definitely panicked and was trying to figure out the best way to get rid of them. He soothed my worries and sold me Volcano traps to catch any bed bugs if they were around at all. We unknowingly brought home bed bugs from a hotel in Iowa. My daughter and I started getting bites 9 days after our stay and about 3 weeks after I found one crawling on my shirt early in the a.m. I completely freaked out and called Jeff after reading reviews and he had me send him a picture and confirmed it was a bed bug. The owner, Jeff is erratic and unpredictable. Stay away. When I asked him for a better rate he did the opposite and raised his quote. Then he threatened to report me to the city for allowing a bedbug infestation to persist. I found a much better company for half the price and better warranty. Awful business practices!!

Bed Bug Guys was less expensive than a recommended competitor, and got rid of our infestation in the first treatment. I live in a multi-unit complex, and they had migrated to our unit. He was able to convince our homeowners association that the adjoining units needed to be treated properly as well to remedy the problem. One of the units had been treated by someone else twice previously. We have all been bedbug free for over 6 months now.

I dont think these guys will be in business much longer. A guy name Jeff, whos the owner was very rude to my wife. He was extremely disrespectful. As seen from other reviewers, this guy is not a good person with work with, so stay away from bad people like him. The service he did wasnt on par either. I couldve bought some chemicals home and done the job better and much cheaper than he can. Save you money people, or go with someone else. These guys are horrible.

The owner of Bed Bug Guys, Jeff Berens, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He came through in a really big way when my wife called him to take care of a bed bug problem she experienced while living in an apartment before we were married. His method of Thermal Remediation worked with the very first treatment. I cannot sing enough praises after having these nasty bugs out of our lives. We tried multiple different chemicals to kill the bugs and Jeffs treatment was the only method that actually worked. I highly recommend anyone with bed bugs to call Jeff and get this treatment, it is the only bed bug treatment worth paying for!

Not recommended. The guys name is Jeff and he was very rude and disrespectful. He talks to you like youre inferior to him. He gets irritated when you ask him questions. Not professional at all. They are the worst and I would give them a ZERO if I can. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Do not use this company. Rude, failed to deliver, will not honor the warranty they sell. Treated my parents house and we found bed bugs two days after treatment. They refused to retreat as warranteed.
