The clean is not always consistent, sort of depends on the crew. Today they were thorough and did a great job (spent about 1.5hrs cleaning). The other crew spends about 45 minutes and misses spots. The price is good, but quality not always there.

I would have given the Burnsville, MN Cleaning Authority 4-5 stars until I talked to the ‘owner’ of this franchise today.I’ve worked with the manager of this location with very satisfied resolution of any concerns, and have been a very happy with the team that cleans my home every 2 weeks since last fall.Unfortunately today, after inquiring on a price increase. I was called by the ‘owner’ of this franchise. I was talked to so rudely and with no regard to understand my concerns, he basically told me ‘take it or leave it’.With regret to the dedicated employees I’m leaving, I cannot spend my hard earned dollars on an owner with such disregard for the customer.

Today’s clean was exceptionally well done by this clean team! (Tammie and Michelle)Everything that I expected them to do was done and done very well. The bathrooms and the kitchen were especially noteworthy. Great job ladies!This was not the case with the 2 previous cleans. Rushing to get done in record time means there are things not done or not done well. Sopping wet wood floors, garbage cans not emptied, furniture not dusted and some carpets not vacuumed definitely made me an unhappy customer.

Tammie and Michelle do a very nice job. My house is sparkly clean when they are finished. And they are very pleasant to have around. They found a piece of Christmas garland that has been on the floor since Christmas, by my staircase where the garland gets hung, that the others I have had from Cleaning Authority did not find. Very good job, gals!

I am very happy with my cleaning service every week . I love the fact I have the same two employees every time they come and clean bothladys do an excellent job, there both trust worthy. They contact me every week to remind and reschedule when convenient - and will do extra items or deep cleans if you ask them. Cant recommend more highly. A+++++

We have The Cleaning Authority crew at our house every two weeks and they do a spectacular job. We are very pleased with their hard work, their eye for cleanliness, and their friendliness. They are like family and we look forward to their arrival every two weeks!

The women who cleaned did a great job. Everything neat and clean. My only complaint is they forgot the bedroom downstairs so nothing was squared away in that room. Sheets, garbage, etc. Still appreciate the service.

This company does good work and they are reliable. The office staff is quick to respond to my requests and the cleaning crews are very polite.

I love that the cleaners took the time to creatively fold all the towels, kitchen and bathroom and did the same with the paper towels. You guys are great!

Avoid. Service started out alright with different groups of cleaners each time. Then a group was sent and left behind a crack pipe. They didn’t clean at least two areas and when asked about it, they looked at us like we had three heads. After they left we found their drug pipe in the foyer where my toddler could easily get to it. Called to complain and was returned payment for that clean. The next pair of cleaners sent to us immediately said when they came in the house that it “wasn’t their job” to “clean up toys”. House cleaners. Saying they don’t want to clean.Avoid this business.

I worked for the cleaning authority back in 2018 & had 0 issues minus poor communication between managers. I started back up a month ago I was promised 14.50 raise I had a medical emergency and communicated to my boss that my next pack check was hourly rate of 10 an hour on that paycheck because the owner Lars Danielson had used that as blackmail for me to come in every day, now today I get a call from Lars as I’m pulling in saying I need to arrive at a certain time to revive that pay increase, again blackmailing (I have been told so many different times for me to come to work … poor communication & management). Managers as well have been making drug deals in front of employees in the office, illegals also employed here, no background checks. Such a wonderful place to work!! Highly recommend:)

I was so excited to find a company with reasonable cleaning rates, and a team of cleaners that promised to be thorough and punctual. Our 1st cleaning went relatively well. There were a few areas missed, but nothing too major. 1 week later we had cleaners at our front door at 7:45am, when they were not schedule that day. I turned them away, and 5 days later they came to my door once again at a time that was not scheduled. I contacted the manager, Karen, and reiterated our agreement which I had talked to her about 5 times prior to this phone call. The cleaners arrived on Friday afternoon, and did a great job. But then 3 days later another group of cleaners arrived at my front door ready to clean. I once again contacted Karen and she blamed the error on the computer, even though I had spoken with her directly now 7 times about our schedule, which was once every 2 weeks. Each time we had a team at our door, it was someone new. Out of the many times someone was at our door, only one time did someone speak a English well enough to understand what I was telling them. We finally parted ways with this company only after 2 cleanings. I could not take the risk of leaving my door unlocked and coming downstairs to strangers in out home without notice. Their scheduling was extremely unorganized, and Karen did not seem to comprehend what was going on, and acted as though we had never had communication about cleaning rotations.

Have been very happy with cleaning and the service. The teams are friendly and punctual. When we’ve noticed something was missed, they have rectified at next cleaning. I would recommend Cleaning Authority - Burnsville!!

Went above and beyond!

Ive had extremely good luck with TCA - Burnsville. The cleaners have always been there on the day agreed upon and were even able to reschedule on very short notice when painters had to come on our normal cleaning day. The team has always done a very good job. They do clean around things rather than move them in some cases, but I can understand that as their goal is to not break things.

Cleaning Authority of Burnsville should be stripped of any licenses they have regarding cleaning peoples homes. Their service was horrible. The cleaning crew never showed up at their specified time, EVER! There were several occasions that the crew argued with each other in front of us the customer!! The management team was completely rude and unprofessional especially to long term customers. Please DO NOT waste your time even calling these people for a quote as they are the worst cleaning service that is out there. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!

I DO NOT recommend! Save your money and go with somewhere else! Very rude management. Canceled cleanings. Your are just a number to them. They over charge and their people don’t clean well enough.

Tried contacting them 4 times. Only once did i get in touch with someone to set up service, And the person mever showed up for the estimate. They need to spend more time and money on hiring and training then on the 3 flyers ive received in the mail

Cant recommend you waste your time.List of my problems:- Poor initial cleaning - some floors were missed, smudged mirrors, no garbages taken out...too much missed for a team of 4- Team didnt communicate schedule well and showed up late and in different shifts for the first clean- I gave them a second shot after they offered to give us the first cleaning and they missed the time they gave- Was promised that a specific team would work on my hours for the 2nd visit (that would do a better job than the first team) and then it changed before the cleaning....which didnt happen because they didnt show up on timeFind a cleaning company who can manage their schedule better and deliver on their own commitments.

Each month the Cleaning Authority comes out to our home in Prior Lake and they do a remarkable job cleaning, are always on time and are the best priced service out there. Keep up the GREAT work!

I would not recommend this company. The cleaning is not consistent. They do not arrive at your scheduled time. I contacted the management and they have not called me back. Save your money and go with another company.

Never came at the correct. We agreed on Thursday at 10:00 and the showed up on Friday at 2:30. Contacted Annette and she assured me they would definitely come in the morning. They showed up at 3:00. I cancelled the service. Completely undependable/disorganized company.

Cancelled the service .Home was never cleaned properly. Missed entire rooms, poor scheduling, a superficial clean at best of the rooms they did “clean.”
