Worst company to work for. I wouldnt let my dogs be under their care!!!

Ive made referrals to the cottages and have been satisfied with their care. Their homes are innovative and meet people with physical and mental health disabilities.

I have worked for this company for 1 year now. I have to say i am pleased with my supervisor and all the support i get from upper management. While no job is perfect and has its good days and bad days i can truly say i feel i am impacking the lives of the people we care for daily and feel they have impacted my life as well! In this field it takes special people to do what we do everyday and im grateful to have this opportunity to be apart of it.

Work becomes hectic for everyone at times, but I am rolling into my third year here with Eriksmoen and I can say that I am happy to come to work each day. This company is extremely flexible and bends over backwards to fit the needs of not only their residents, but of their employees as well. They are very professional and friendly!

My experiences with Eriksmoen have been positive.

I have been working in this company for 3yrs now and has been a great journey for me .My above authorities, co workers and incredible staffs.Warm environment to be.Everyone like family.

To put it in prospective I have wasted 11 months with this lying, worthless,game playing company. The staff training is an outright lie, they cant and dont clean and care about nothing more than sitting on there cell phones or complaining about everything. If you dare to care about your residence you will get fired. I personally have 14 concerns filed with DHS by two different professional in my life. I even filed my 18 pages just last week.As far as management there is only one reason they are hired. And it not because of there ability to lead but follow order for the two male owners. To say they give a rip about there clients and staff is a huge lie. I have over heard how the treat there quality staff several times. In closing this is company is sewer scum that when karma comes around will be way to late. In response to the owner comments. I have requested a sit down talk about my paying my three months of with held rent. As far as to talk about concerns in my case it is unanswered calls and not returned calls by him self and management. Look at at a prime example a parapelic having his chair not charged three times And stuck out in the winter and the house manager on one occasion telling me that it was my fault for not checking my battery before I go to an appointment. Too leave my sling under me so often to create a wound on both sides of my buttocks.Or to not clean my bathroom since 6 November with the proof being a black trail out of my bathroom. Buying a vacuum so myself or mother can do the only cleaning up of the carpet.As far as staff training is concerned they are trained in dispensing meds.I am no saint by any sense of the term. I have a hair temper but I am also the most respectful and sweet man till you lie to me or pull some stuff that Is not good to my best interest. You know the truth is only known by the clients.
