Ive been going here for a couple years now. I love it. My therapist is absolutely phenomenal and has helped me work through a lot of trauma. The staff are lovely. Theres always refreshments. They play soothing music in the lobby. Honestly, Im really grateful I found this place.

Like any therapeutic establishment, you have to find who and what works for you individually. The staff are usually welcoming and they offer coffee, tea and water. My only gripe is I suffer from extreme social anxiety and though there is a sign asking all waiting to be seen to silence their phones, I never fail to feel uncomfortable due to the loud atmosphere of the waiting area. It will usually depend on the time you come in and how busy they are, but I can’t always schedule my appointment to align with a quieter time. If there were perhaps an alternate room available to escape the noise and wait peacefully for the therapist, I’d give 5 stars. I understand that’s probably not possible and will continue to use their services.

Terrible customer service. If you have van issue with service there’s no one to help you. You will he directed to a clinic managers voicemail and they will not return your call. Also, they have a strict cancellation policy for clients but, do not follow the same policy for their staff. Had 3 appointments in a row cancelled with less than 12 hour notice. You can find a better clinic and therapists elsewhere.

Everything here from the reception people to the billing department the various therapists and holistic medicine people that I have seen here have all been absolutely wonderful to me. I have never met a more caring and invested group of individuals in terms of my treatment as well as being genuinely interested in the goings on that are current as well as past happenings that have brought me here. A wonderful place for all your mind and body needs. I am an actually patient for those of you reading this that think I sound like a rap sheet of buzzwords that make the place seem like more than it is. Cashman Center is exactly what it says it is and they do exactly what they say they can do. I highly recommend you try them.

Ive been going to this clinic for a few years, even before they moved. I was matched up with a wonderful therapist who is easy to talk to and has helped me so much over the years.Ive been able to get my psychological testing there, and have been able to participate in other beneficial therapies and groups all in one place.I highly recommend them!

The Cashman Center is the best place that I have been for mental health care! The Cashman Center cares about the individual in a way that they figure out what works the best for each person because everybody is different! Everyone at the Cashman Center cares..from the receptionist to the therapy-they take care of EVERYBODY! I would never go to any other place because they simply do not compare to the Cashman Center! Thank you for all that you do for so many people, including me!

I started coming here for medication management in 2013 and Im glad I did. My provider gives me peace of mind and listens to me 100%. Not only that but Ive established care with a therapist, acupuncturist, dietitian, healing touch, and more. All of the staff, including those who I dont directly work with, are so welcoming and genuinely kind people who you can tell love to be there and treat you. I have received nothing but respect and understanding from everyone the minute I walked in the door. There have been other places that Ive gone to that give the facade of treatment, caring, and understanding but Cashman Center is the real deal. They know its not just the mind that is affected by mental illness nor is it just the body that is affected by physical illness, it is all encompassing. If you want to experience authentic people who are completely invested in your whole recovery, Id definitely recommend going to Cashman Center.

From the minute you walk in their front door, the people at Cashman Center make you feel welcomed. There is even a fireplace in their waiting room. I discovered they not only have counselors for families and couples but they also have special program for people with cancer who are looking complementary treatments. I was unaware there was such a place in the Twin Cities! I have already referred them to a friend and will continue to spread the good word about this place.

Those two stars are really only for Kristi Picken. Shes been great but the front desk is really terrible to deal with. 90% of the time you call they dont answer, if you leave a voicemail it takes them at least a day to get back to you. Emailing is even worse, you likely wont get a reply for at least a week. Unfortunately I have been staying here because of Kristi but am pulling out of this clinic as a whole just because of the awful communication.

My daughter was a patient seen at the Cashman Center. The treatment she received at the hands of her therapist, Sara Doll, was exceptionally horrific for the whole family. This therapist would provide comfort and soothing options for my daughter, but her therapy never progressed so that my daughter learned any tools to work through her anxiety and depression. Luckily, we escaped because my daughter had access to other options and could see how helpful interactions were with another therapist. I would never go back to Cashmans and glad to no longer be paying that center for inadequate care.

The Cashman Center is a lifesaver. I have been on many therapy’s over my years, but this place is different. My team of care providers are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone is different, this is MY experience with Cashman.I have a special regard for Cashman Center. I was in rough shape mentally and was referred here by a friend. My life will forever be better because of Cashman. I was fortunate to find a therapist who I could feel comfortable with and was able to decode my issues with stunning clarity. I will always be grateful to Flelixia for helping me regain my life and lead me back onto a stable path. Day one I drove away feeling better, and I was a ball of nerves going in. That was almost 2 years ago and I go back for a tune up and chat every so often just to make sure I am mentally keeping on the beam. I always look forward to coming back here.I also see Kristi Picken and have found her friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing even remotely like the other reviews on here I read. As far as I am concerned shes a sweet lady, who has been pretty darn compassionate and caring in every visit Ive had.

I brought a disabled person for their appt and she had a hard time accessing the main entrance. There is no spot to for a wheelchair to come onto the sidewalk and the buttons to open the door are on the wrong side. The handicapped parking spots are also at the side entrance pretty far away. When she checked in at the front desk the owner happened to be there. I watched her relay her concerns to the owner. The owner said she is welcome to use the side entrance and my friend said it was very far from the front desk and reception area. The owner threw her hands up in the air and was so rude. I could not believe how she responded, especially for the type of business this is. I will be pursuing the accessibility of this business with the state of MN.

Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to it. Look forward to coming back.

I missed an appointment due to medical issues that came up (I was in the hosp & my 15 mo old son fractured his leg around the same time). I honestly just spaced the appointment, and they sent a bill for $120.My reasons for going there were anxiety, and to be honest this bill + trying to wrangle them to waive the fee is inducing anxiety.Will no be going back in the future, which is unfortunate because I did like my therapist, just overall way of doing business is not the best.

It is relaxing. They have very unique classes there. They have a Psychiatric nurse on staff there.

Murray is an amazing acupuncturist! I was recovering from ACL reconstruction and was struggling to get flexion. After one visit with Murray had my knee pain and flexion where it needs to be. :)

Good luck keeping an appt. I scheduled an initial intake for a vulnerable child a week in advance. The receptionist called hours before the appt to notify me the therapist wasn’t actually accepting new patients. The next available appt with a different therapist was 10 days away. You’ve been warned.

I wish nutritionist appointments were one hour long. You can do much in 30 minutes.

I shared the same experience as other negative reviewers.The medication management staff will judge you and make you feel alienated. She kept accusing me of lying and refused to treat me.

Beautiful center however one of the med providers there is heartless showed me no compassion only judgement and name calling left all three times with so much shame. I was hopeful because I loved the idea of all the body work they offer

I had the same judgemental and negative experience working with Kristi Picken for meds management. There was a lot of shaming and accusations and I went on to work with someone at a different clinic that was much more validating, empathetic, and effective in finding me a balance of meds that controls my symptoms. My positive experiences with my wonderful and compassionate weekly therapist there Barb is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1

Easy going, comforting place to get self-help services.

I went there for support after I found out that I had cancer. They made me feel like I was the victim. I have never felt fo hurt in my life.

I went to get help with my self-esteem problems, they only made me feel worse about myself.
