The facility was clean, people super friendly and helpful, best inventory around, flexible financing and my sales guru (Troy) was hands down the best I’ve ever bought from. I bought a 2021 Grand Cherokee and I’m thrilled with its options and handling, not to mention it’s my favorite red! You can’t go wrong with this incredibly professional family owned dealership!

I went in to order a wrangler. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond the first time I visited. However, he was impossible to get in touch with, multiple emails and messages. Cameron/Luke, another salesmen that helped me were hands down some of the most knowledgeable people ever. 10/10 if you shop here you will be in great hands with these two. Management was also SUPER helpful through the process. Unfortunately, was offered a better price in the area.

Negotiating price (purchase and trade-in) were very fair (inline with my homework). Arrived with a vehicle in mind and was able to meet with an Associate by the name of Troy. Informed Troy that buying cars made me feel uncomfortable. He was kind and pleasant to deal with. Clearly a group of professionals who know their jobs and present themselves professionally. I was proud to purchase a vehicle from them and will be in the future as well. They didnt just sell me a car, they purchased a customer. While providing a good experience and product. Many companies these days, cant or wont provide this. Had a great experience at Park! Got a great deal on a vehicle compared to everything else in the area. The process was really smooth. One thing I loved about it when signing the papers was that there was no pressure to try and sign extra detail packages. I declined and we moved on. In the past at other dealerships, I would have had to spend another 15-20 mins trying to tell a dealership that I still didn’t want their extra offerings but I really appreciated here how I declined, and we just moved on. Made the process so much better. I would definitely buy another vehicle here again.

They had to order a part for my vehicle so we scheduled the appointment a day after the part would arrive. The part never came in, they didnt call to notify me. I showed to my appointment and go through the 40 minute process to check in and wait in the lobby just to find out Im SOL, what a complete waste of my time. I also got a nice helping of mansplaining. Id find a more reliable place with better customer service especially given they charge top dollar. We have used them in the past with ho-hum service so I guess this isnt surprising.

We shopped for a long time to find the car my wife wanted. I talked to a bunch of places and visited a couple others. Cameron was our sales person and he did a great job. We test drove the car we came to see. I wanted her to be sure that was the one she loved, so we drove a couple other makes and models to be sure. Cam was very patient and nice to talk with. No sales pressure at all. We ended up buying the one we came for. It’s been great.

Product Specialist, Hugo Trejo did a fantastic job helping us fine the exact Jeep we were looking for! But Why are they missing a ⭐️? I can hear you asking. Well the way we see it, the sales manager, Steve screwed this 5 star review. Like I said, Hugo was great, he even delivered the Jeep to my house before we put anything down or financed the purchase! When I spoke with Steve on our first visit I understood that it was a no haggling price, but I do know they are able to toss in some accessories as part of the deal. I worked at a dealership years ago and know what the deal is in selling vehicles. for a few bucks worth of beefier tires Steve could have made this a 5 star review. Instead, when I went in to pay a very time consuming amount of cash for them to count, Steve wouldn’t even toss in those tires. Anyway, I paid the price they were asking, I bought the extended warranty, and a deal called the Park Promise, but hear this Park Jeep owners and customers Steve is old school salesperson, makes you think those new tires are a good possibility of happening when in fact he is a typical car salesman from back in the day. Came in February to get a warranty repair, was told the part was on back order and wouldn’t be in until may. Received a text to schedule my appointment at the end of April and was then told the part was on back order until June 3rd. Received another text to schedule the repair June 24 and was told the part still needed to be ordered. After showing the previous messages with dates, was told they did in fact have the part. Dropped my Jeep off around 10am (scheduled appointment), and received a call at 4:23pm saying they in fact did not have the part so no work was done. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of organization and communication I have experienced for the past 4 months. The recall is to fix the death wobble, and the manager told me that this is a “no-sell” recall - meaning they cannot legally sell the vehicle if it has not had this recall addressed. I can understand the back ordered part, but I will now have to go in a third time to get this addressed. Bottom line, if my car was on their lot, they could not even sell it… yet they have shown zero understanding or priority in making this right. I highly encourage anyone that is thinking of buying or having a Jeep serviced to look elsewhere.

Dealership gets me new key. Then say hey free car wash!!!! Pushes us to get it because its free.We go in, and halfway through wash,Snaps attena.Attendant tells me to talk to nick the manager and hell take care if me.I talked to nick and another associate and said theyll call me in an hour to see what they can do becausethe part isnt made anymore... and then they call, and tells me theyll cover the cost to replace the part, but itll be 500+ in labor . Wouldnt negotiate anything. Even told me there is nothing more he can physically do. I mean, there is, and you told me the price. $500 in labor. They definitely didnt do me any favors.

I caution everyone against doing business with Park Jeep. The first red flag was when I had scheduled an appointment for a trade-in valuation and the salesperson that I was scheduled with took the day off. The salesperson who filled-in kept me there for over two hours before the valuation was completed. The person who did the valuation cited a few issues with my vehicle including that one of the speakers wasnt working although it had been working perfectly until they drove it. The trade-in allowance was only 20% of what the vehicle was worth, so I sold it privately instead.Next, the original salesperson confirmed a discount code for me for a new vehicle without bothering to actually check whether it was valid. When it was time to apply the discount, she had changed her mind about it and then blamed the other salesperson.I had requested step pads on my new vehicle twice before it was ordered and was told by both salespeople that they wont add them to my order until after the vehicle arrives. When the vehicle did arrive at the dealership, it sat on their lot for a week before I picked it up which should have been plenty of time to add the steps. After picking up the vehicle and waiting a couple more weeks, I was told that the steps had been in stock all along and again, the other salesperson was blamed. I was informed that I needed to make yet another appointment and another trip to the dealership.When I arrived for my scheduled appointment to have the steps put on, I was kept waiting for another two hours because they hadnt bothered to pull the parts from their off-site location despite knowing well in advance when I was coming in and what I was coming in for. The rock rails had to be removed in order to install the steps, but when I was finally allowed to leave, those brand new rock rails that I had just paid them for were not in my new vehicle.After I wrote to them requesting that the rails be returned or refunded, I was told that they didnt know that they werent meant keep them. The rails have now been returned and Park Jeep has one less customer.

I’m a little late on this since I’ve had my Jeep Rubicon for just over a year. I can honestly say the entire experience at Park Chrysler Jeep was and has been a wonderful one. Everyone there is so professional and considerate each time I contact them. I live very close to another Jeep dealership but ended up driving 20 mins to deal directly with Park Chrysler since the dealership near me has not been a good experience from past purchases. I would highly recommend Park Chrysler Jeep and will be back down the road for my next Jeep purchase.

I have loved getting my Jeep serviced at park Jeep. The staff is always super helpful and not sales pushy! I am not one to write reviews but for the 3rd or 4th time now I have called ahead of time to ask what time they are taking oil changes until and have been told 5:30. But when I arrive I am turned away and told to comeback, after already making the 30 minute trip. Once or maybe twice is not a big deal, but this has happened multiple times now.. I’ve asked to make an appointment instead and have been told no appointments for oil changes unless I’m willing to drop it off for the day. I just decided to service my Jeep else where. Now that I’m ready to trade and upgrade, I won’t be doing so at Park considering you apparently have to take a PTO day to get an oil change at park Jeep, so why would I buy my new Jeep there?

Working with the dealership was actually the most terrible experience of my life. I had been working with a sales person Mark, for 4 days on a 2011 Ford Escape. I was buying out of state and had begun the financing application and offered to pay in full if that didn’t work out. I was fully committed to purchasing the vehicle and the next day Mark sold the car to someone else, stole it right from under me! Neither Mark or the Manager Pete, allowed me to purchase it before them even though I inquired and verbally committed to this purchase well before these other people came in the shop! I never asked them to hold the vehicle I was actually going to PURCHASE IT OUTRIGHT !!No one seemed to care that we had a verbal agreement for me to buy this vehicle and sold it to the second person who made another inquiry. I will never be buying a car from here, they are so unprofessional and don’t care about people, they just care about money. I am utterly disappointed and they costed me my dream car. Seriously, take your business elsewhere!! They don’t care about their customers!Response to the Owner:We sent them our credit application hours before the customer came into the shop. Mark, my sales person, said they were too busy to review it so they had to sell it someone else. Since Park Chrysler Jeep was overwhelmed they decided the best way to approach the situation was to keep me out of the loop, not acknowledge my commitments, and not give me the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Though at 10am, the day they sold the car out from under me, I offered to pay in cash, and in full. I never once asked them to hold the vehicle. I verbally agreed to the purchase, and was stabbed in the back. Though Steve is trying to justify his companies actions, there is simply no excuse for the unprofessional communication and behavior that took place throughout our entire discussion of sale. Seriously this is so depressing that they feel the need to argue with me, when they were entirely in the wrong. I did end up buying a vehicle out of state in Arizona, where the dealership valued my time and money. They picked me up from the airport and even held the vehicle for me. Better people exist, I seriously recommend finding them and taking business elsewhere!

My last visit was okay. I called and made what I thought was an appointment for 8:30 only to find out when I got there I had a drop off appointment. I didnt have another car so I had to wait for it. Luckily they got me finished up in about 2 hours so it worked out.The service I was getting was a couple of recall items. However they only had the parts for one of the two recalls when I got there. Not sure why they couldnt have checked that when I made the appointment. They said they would call me when the other part gets in to come back.The service was I got while was there was good and the employees were friendly. Some minor process improvements would help.Update..I actually got called back about the part for the second recall item and made an appointment to have it completed. This time I made sure to ask if I had an actual appointment and was told that I did. When I got there and checked in they told me it should be done within 6 hours because there were several other cars dropped off ahead of me. I dont think these guys understand what the word appointment means. I am not looking forward to spending 6 hours of my Saturday in their waiting room. If I knew I was dropping it off I could have arranged to be picked up. I wont be going back after this.

Typical car dealer stuff. Went there because they had the exact model with the options I was looking for. Wouldnt you know it, that one sold earlier that day. They showed me a similar one with less options but cost more. Then they offered me a lot less for my trade in than other dealers had offered me earlier that same day. Border line insultingly low. Im buying elsewhere and I wont be going back. I have plenty of other dealers to choose from.

Such a easy and non stressful buying experience with Marc at Park Jeep. He showed me a handful of different vehicles and helped me decide on the perfect Wrangler. Robert and Jay in the finance department were extremely helpful getting me to a payment I felt comfortable with and explaining my options. I am going to only give 4 stars. I need to qualify this. Our sales rep Ali and the sales manager Pete were both fantastic. They answered all our questions. Went over the vehicles operations. They were professional and courteous. I really cannot think of a critical item to say about them. The dealership itself was modern, clean, and we were greeted at the door. Very well done.Now - why only 4 stars. The finance manager was terrible in my opinion. We were buying the car outright, no trade in, no financing. She was high pressure trying to up sale add on packages. She even tried to talk us into financing part of the price I can assume so she could up sale add on packages. Then after we leave I learned she passed on our information to an insurance company who are not bugging me for a quote. I am happy with my insurance I have and I am a Gold rewards member with them so the rate is great. If I wanted to receive other quotes Id ask for them and I am not happy about her passing my info along to other companies at all.That all said - with a different finance person experience Id give Park a 5-star

Everyone here is amazing! I came in to look at a Compass I had seen online and loved it. Unfortunately when my husband called the next day we found out it sold later that night. But thats when I realized just how awesome these people truly are. They found me exactly the same car for the same price in a color I love even more in less than a week! They made sure to inspect it thoroughly and took care of a recall issue before I took it home. Thank you so much Nick for all your hard work and for finding this beauty. You are a gem! My wife and I bought a Jeep Wrangler from here last weekend and we had a wonderful experience. We started speaking with a salesperson there by the name of Abby France a few months ago and she did a great job of staying in touch without being pushy. I was impressed with the dealership in general, but Abby was definitely the reason we keep driving all the way from Blaine to Burnsville to look at Jeep. If you’re a POC I suggest you avoid this place. I came to get an oil change/tire rotation and they were so rude and acted like I had no business being there. I was outside waiting for my ride and instead of asking me if I needed help when I first arrived, they peeked through the windows and eventually came outside and asked me if “I needed any help” in a very aggressive tone as if I was loitering. Keep in mind I had dropped my car off in service at my appointment time about 30 minutes prior. I currently drive a 2021 and they should feel ashamed of themselves to treat a person of color as if they don’t belong. I will NEVER return.

I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. The buying process was inefficient right when I arrived. The sales rep did not know anything about the vehicle I schedule to come look at, which is weird considering they mainly sell Jeeps and I notified them over a day in advance I was coming.I scheduled a time for my first oil change online. Then the next day I called in to see roughly how long it would take. The guy then says oh if its just an oil change you can bring it in anytime and Ill cancel your appointment since its just an oil change. I arrive and they say itll be at least 4 hours and they dont have a vehicle for me to borrow while I wait. Massive waste of my time. So I bring it to my local auto mechanic. He says you need to bring this back to the dealership here is a list of stuff that needs to get fixed. I bring it back and have over $950 of repairs within the first 5k miles I put on it.A year passes and I go to see what my trade in offer is. Guy tells me the radiator needs to be replaced and some other hose, which is goofy since they apparently looked everything over when I brought it in 5k miles ago.Their offers for trade in were much lower than other dealerships, even with their Park Promise package. Garbage offer. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again.

I bought a certified new/Used 2019 jeep grand Cherokee and I love it!! However, I don’t think we would ever go back to purchase another vehicle from them. To start, the financial team ran our credit 8 times!!!! She ran it for more then the vehicle cost because she wanted to pre approve us for the highest additional package (which we did not want or ask her to do). She didn’t talk to us about this before she ran our credit, she just did it then told us what our monthly payment was. Because we were confused as to why the payment was higher then what we calculated, we asked, then she told us she ran it for the highest added package. We had to tell her 5 time (yes 5) we didn’t want any additional package, her personality turned cold quickly. We weren’t willing to take any additional package from her after her first little stunt. She was not happy with us when we didn’t want to take any additional packages from her, she wasn’t very friendly after that. We were also agitated with her for running our credit so many times and hounding us to get an additional package. Needless to say we were ready to leave ASAP.When we got our title in the mail, it wasn’t correct, we had to go back and sign a new copy, when we asked for a copy of the new one we signed, the guy was clearly annoyed that we wanted a copy of the correct paperwork. Our salesmen was great he pulled up multiple vehicles for us but, I had specific things I wanted in the car but he got me the one I wanted! when we got in the SUV it stunk terribly of cigarette smoke. I told them I was not going to but this SUV smelling like that and asked what they could do. He had the detail team place an ionizer in the SUV overnight and it helped tremendously! thought I can still get a smell of smoke now and then they got the smell out pretty well. Overall I can’t say we would ever go back. We had a much better overall experience at Walser with our last vehicle. If you do go to get a vehicle here I strongly recommend you get financing before you go.

I was advised to go to Park Jeep, by Dustin, when I was looking for a newer Wrangler JL in April. I went, but really just to look around. I found one that caught my eye, not because it was orange, but the retractable roof! I bought it and the sales team was Great, Mr Rubey in finance, did phenomenal at getting me a great rate.But as I drove it more and more there was just something that didnt feel right. I mentioned to the gentleman that referred me there that it didnt drive the same as my last JL, was it because it was a Rubicon. He said no that he fixes this all the time, this made me feel comfortable knowing that it would be taken care of. Brought my car in to the service department for an intermittent running issue that was tough to replicate consistently. Wow!! Service here was great. Loose wiper arm. Thought it was broke. 2 minutes later it was fixed. All it was was loose. Needed to be tightened. Explained to us why!! And then said no charge. Excellent job fellas!!! Definitely will be back!!

I had the best car buying experience from this place. I popped in one day and met Connor. Super nice guy and told him I was interested in finding a Jeep. They were willing to let me be the first one to see the type/price range of car right when they got one in. The process was smooth. Everything that I needed fixed or verified they handled. They worked with me on everything I needed. Had a problem with my antenna and they worked with me on fixing that. Had a problem with alignment on it and they got me right in and fixed that too. Terrible experience - we went took look at a car for our daughter. The first time we could not agree on a price. I made an offer and explained we drove 1 hour 40 minutes so if they are going to accept it can we do that right away. They did not accept it but called me the following day and did accept it ( not unusual really for car sales). We drove down there again and found that the car had an issue with the engine. I put my regular mechanic on the phone and he told me that it had a significant problem and we should not buy it. The dealership told me they would look into the issue and call me back to explain the status. That was three weeks ago and I have not heard anything. When I buy a car from a dealership I expect that the mechanics Have gone over it before they put it on their lot.Reply to owner comments - The comments from the dealership are incorrect. We went to the dealership and drove the car. We then went to get some lunch and called the salesman and made the offer over the phone before we left town. We did not receive one return call or one voicemail from this dealership after our second visit. I received one email from our salesman a few days ago asking if we would like to follow up with our finance application, but nothing about the car we were interested in. This was the only response we got after our second visit to go purchase this car.

Needed to get my oil changed and I got a fancy car wash free to boot! Plus they checked all my filters and fluids and marked everything on a piece of paper as an awesome added bonus!

I showed up early for an appointment. Hugo was the only Associate available and he helped me find the car that I wanted. After the paper work, and other formalities I drove home with my “new” used car. The process didn’t take very long. There was coffee and other drinks available while I was waiting for the car to be cleaned and detailed. I’m not sure but the tabs on the car was close to expiring but Hugo and the team took care of that for me and I just had to pick up the new tabs when they arrived at the dealership. Overall a very pleasant experience!

7/17/2020 I was recently in market for new Jeep Wrangler and decide to look at fully loaded Rubicon. I had a courteous and friendly sales woman Abbie France. The jeep was detailed quickly. Financing manager was timely with approval and financing. I felt like I was treated fairly for trade-in value and discount of new Jeep.

Adam at Park Chrysler Jeep is a go to service lead. Ran into some major problems with Jeep when a broke bolt off on a self repair. He was honest and straight forward informing me of needs for repair and what outcomes could occur. Their excellent technicians were able to remove the bolt without further damage to my engine block and get me back on the road promptly. They also went above and beyond when they caught that last service elsewhere filled the coolant with wrong product and did a full flush of cooling system correcting the problem.I’ll head back there for all future needs on my Rubicon.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Went in to test drive a vehicle as there was a leasing deal I found online for the vehicle. I was expecting to have some hidden costs or getting a bad deal on my trade-in. No hidden fees and I was offered a $1K more on my trade-in then the Toyota dealership where I originally bought the vehicle. Ali was my sales rep and was very nice, not pushy, and was not like the typical sales person who comes off trying to be your buddy and pressure you to make a decision. I am sure they will have my business for years to come!
