Marley automotive has been taking care of my classic car for 15 years.They have done nothing but great work for for me . Honest and never have done more than it needs.They also have done repairs on my regular cars too. Having a classic car is fun but its really nice to have someone you can trust and treat it like its there own . Patrick and Rick and Mike are the best .. They have all my business..

They have been taking care of my CLA-250 for a year now. They do good work, and seem honest. The staff can be hit or miss on politness, but I would guess that some customers with smart start interlock can be quite rude. So I can understand to a degree. Timing has been an issue twice. This is also to be expected with a busy shop that has a large pool of regular customers. I think this is a shop that the longer you go, the faster the service and the more friendly the staff may be. On the whole I would recommend them.

I was told to bring my car in at 8:00am so that they could try and diagnose why my heat is going in and out. I dropped it off right after they opened. I was told it would only take a few hours and that they would have the owner call me. I called at 2:30pm for a follow up with them and I was told they were just about to pull my car in. At 5:00pm I called again for a follow up and there was no answer. I then received a call at 5:35pm (they close at 6:00) telling me they didnt have time to get to my vehicle. I went in to pick up my car at 5:55pm and politely asked the owner why they would tell me they were going to work on it when they werent. I was immediately met with hostility and a disturbingly unprofessional attitude. Patrick told me that other vehicles came in that took priority and that things come up. You knew by 4:00pm you werent going to get to my car, so why on earth would you not call me and tell me that? You also had my vehicle for TEN hours, it is unacceptable that you would request I bring it in that early only to never look at it. I will NEVER be taking my vehicle to you again - not will I ever be recommending you to people. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and the blatant disregatard for customer service.

Quick service, very courteous, honest AND they checked out my car for free! Including switching the tires to see if that was the problem. I will be going back to get my car work done from them. Pat and Rick are both awesome mechanics.

Double whammy of being honest and fairly priced. Pat and his team are the best.

Very rude staff swearing and getting loud at me about potentially having to push my car to the garage door a whole 10 ft away. I just moved to the area and get monthly service done at my old shop. Hoping this would be my new location to get these services. but once was enough. the product they gave me malfunctioned and they tried blaming this on me. Along with being rude and disrespectful. Its your choice to go there or not but out of the 2 times I have been there its been a problem.

I will never, let me repeat myself... NEVER EVER come to this place ever again. The most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced. Took my car in 3 times and still couldnt fix the issue and Mike proceeded to tell me that he couldnt fix something thats already fixed but it was not fixed, basically told me to take it to another shop. Every time I came back to say it wasnt fixed he made me feel like I was a burden and yelled at me saying that he fixed the issue when clearly it wasnt fixed or I wouldnt be there. Also when I came to pick my fixed vehicle up, I went to go pop my hood and the hood release lever in the car was missing!! Finally found it, it was pushed back behind the panel, when I asked about the hood release lever, was told it wasnt even touched...Not worth my time or the stress... took it to another shop and they fixed the issue the very first visit. I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK TO MARLEY AUTOMOTIVE AGAIN.

I would rate a -10 stars if I could! Most horrible customer service ever! My boyfriend took his car in 3 times in one week to get his smart start fixed and we wasted gas and time going there to have it not fixed each time! The so called manager mike proceed to say it works and I can’t fix something that’s not broken! He was rude and disrespectful on the phone and even hung up on me. Also we have no idea where my boyfriend hood release lever in the cab of the car went as you have to take off that whole part to get to the wiring! They basically stole a part from his car!! Probably broke it and didn’t want replace it. I will never ever go here again and I will make it apparent to my friends and family and everyone i know and don’t know not to go there!

For 12 years I have never thaught twice about bringing my vehicles to Pat at Marley Automotive. Helps you understand the problem,offers cheaper solutions,and truly cares about his customers.

Would rate 0 if I could! Dishonest about there work and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Waited almost half a hour for them to look at my truck while they were standing inside talking about video games horrible service!
