Galen has been wonderful to have as an insurance agent! Any question I have had he has been very quick to respond and answer. There was an issue due to lack of communication from my loan officer and Galen took it upon himself to look into it further, communicate with my mortgage company and make sure I wasn’t penalized for the mistake! I would absolutely recommend Galen to anyone looking for an insurance agent that they can trust completely!

After having a very bad experience and being left high and dry by State Farm, I wandered the insurance world and ended up at Liberty Mutual. The customer service was way below bar. Then I spoke to Amy at Galens office. I was skeptical, having tried and been bit impressed by Farmers years ago.This was totally different. Im pretty set in how I like to do things, and they have provided outstanding service, were less expensive than Liberty, took care of the State Farm creepers, and get that I have a schedule that is chaotic and can work with it.Dont waste time like I did, just call this office for your insurance needs and you can rest assured its the best out there.
