With 4 teen and college-age drivers in our household, we have needed a great deal of bodywork these last few years and weve brought 100% of it to LaMettrys. Without exception - they have given us over-the-top customer service. They handle every single detail, they are incredibly prompt with excellent attention to detail. In one of our vehicles - they noted my fog light was out (not in any way related to the body work) and they went to extraordinary lengths to find the exact part needed to fix my fog light issue. In all cases, they are the most respectful service individuals I have ever met and its a joy to work with them. I recommend them heartily!

I was warmly and quickly greeted by Karen. I started my claim by filling out my info digitally. As soon as I was finished, Lee went with me to my car, snapped some photos, explained the process, informed me the insurance is supposed to provide a rental, and sent me an estimate in 15 minutes! I emailed the photos and estimate to the insurance email. Fast, easy, and seamless!

The manager Lee and the entire LaMettrys team went way above and beyond for me. It was discovered that my car needed a part that was on back order due to Hyundai manufactures, and many other manufacturers, being so backed up and behind from the pandemic. My drive-able car was sitting in the shop collecting dust while waiting for this part that I found out could take weeks to months to come in. Lee went out of his way to explore every option to get me a new part sooner, including contacting other shops, dealerships, etc. and was able to locate one for me to get me back into my vehicle sooner. The repair also turned out great and looks wonderful, but the customer service was INCREDIBLE. They were willing to do so much more for me than my car insurance was. I am a forever customer and will always recommend them to anybody now

I was referred by the Hyundai dealer. The estimate process was very quick and efficient. After getting claim number, made an appointment right away. Jeff called several times to keep me informed on the progress of work. Only delay was waiting for a part, otherwise work was finished quickly and looks and works great. Couldn’t be happier.

Our car was towed to LaMettrys after a nearby accident, and our experience with the shop was not good.The initial form that they asked us to sign for the inspection also would have allowed them to begin work on our car, and they called my wife about 5 times a day asking her to get the form submitted, while we were working with our insurance company to determine fault and coverage.Additionally, the company that we decided to use mentioned that they have had problems in the past picking up cars from LaMettrys (where they were asked to pay large fees for storage).Overall, our experience felt really skeevy, as though there were a number of ways in which they were trying to turn a quick buck. I have no comments on the quality of their auto work, as we chose not to use them.

I just had pdr done on my B7 alpina. Damn near impossible on the aluminum doors but they made it brand new. Definitely recommend them to anyone i know. Justin was super helpful and communicated all throughout the process. This small issue was handled the same as the major rear end damage to my raptor a few years back. Keep up the good work, I appreciate it!

LaMettrys did a first class job repairing my truck. They were quick to give an estimate to the insurance company to get the work approved. Once it was approved they kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. My truck was back to normal. If I ever need body work done again I will be using them.

He also came in with a quick estimate that was exactly what ended up being the final price. The quality of work is amazing and the paint match was on point. They were great! Kept me updated, they delivered the car days before they promised which was outstanding! Quality work. I had a panel out of place after I received delivery and brought it back they fixed the panel and buffed our a scratch! I highly recommend them for any body work needs! I’ve brought my cars here for minor cosmetic repairs a few times and always leave happy!

We have had major body work done on a 2016 Toyota Highlander and twice on a 2020 Prius Prime. The latter involved sensors. All 3 times the cars ended up beautiful! Communication was frequent and always thorough. We used the Burnsville location on the recommendation of Burnsville Toyota. We are fussy and would not hesitate to bring a car there again!

Repair of 2016 Sienna which was rear ended. All work completed in 9 days. We used this business previously on another vehicle. No problems after that repair. Great staff used quality products

This is the second time I’ve been to Lamtettry’s and they are fantastic. This time was a chip repair/replacement. First time was a rear driver side door replacement. The process to get the initial estimate was simple. I just stopped by without having to make an appointment first.We were able to set up the repairs for a time when I wouldn’t need the vehicle, but first I was offered alternative transportation, to be paid for by my insurance.Other than the initial paperwork which was not onerous, they took care of all paperwork with the insurance company. This is huge, as important to me as the excellent job done on the vehicle itself.After I got my car back, I had one small issue that I needed to ask them about. It was easy to go in and get it taken care of immediately to my satisfaction without a fuss.When I do require bodywork done on my vehicle, this is definitely where I will go, even though they are miles away.

Brought my car in for some hail damage, actually had an estimate done by two different companies and the final bill was 3 times both of the estimates. Workmanship was great, customer service was awesome as well, just that estimate part gave me some heartburn. I work in sales and wonder if I estimated a job out for one of my customers and then sent them a bill for three times that amount, what would they say? But overall you can’t go wrong bringing your car here. Would definitely do it again.

Well I brought my car in for door hinges and a new latch. On return my door doesn’t unlock with the key or with Auto Unlock buttons. Will not be bringing my car back there again. Called them later that day. Problem fixed the next day. Great customer service. Will bring back for future work.

There quality is wonderful. It is like my truck is brand new. They got it done a lot faster then we thought. They even were able to fix a windshield chip at the same time. Would recommend them they used Toyota factory replacement parts!!
