We had a furnace fire on Christmas day with some smoke damage. Our insurance company recommended ServPro of Faribault and they were awesome to work with! Matt and his co-worker took care of in a very timely matter. They worked with are needs and flexible with are work schedule.

I had significant water damage in two bathrooms at the same time and was totally overwhelmed with the insurance process and mess. One bathroom was totally destroyed and the mold stunk up the whole house. The guys came out to assess the situation the day the insurance company called them and got the fans in place the next day. I was totally overwhelmed with the mess, the drying process etc., but the guys were great and made it so much easier. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I would call them again in a heartbeat.

I recently had a sewer back up flood my just finished basement. Matt and his crew showed up within 2 hours, wearing masks and very thoughtful of Covid-19 precautions and started cleaning up water and had fans going. The next morning they had the carpet and linoleum pulled out and 18 industrial fans running. Thanks to their quick and knowledgeable response we were able to save most of the baseboard in the basement and overall damage was significantly less than it could have been. Everyone I interacted with from the office staff to the guys that showed up were so kind, friendly and thoughtful and explained every step of the process. Had a leak coming from a crack in our cement above a finished basement with mold starting to grow under the vinyl flooring. Was told mold was encapsulated, nothing was investigated by the team. Was told it should be fine. $150 to have “peace of mind”Flash forward 1.5 weeks the mold has doubled in size under the vinyl and upon ripping out baseboards all we found was wet. We ripped up the vinyl and water was just secreting from the cracks.We wanted Servpro to do this for us, we were willing to have our vinyl ripped up by professionals and have the problem areas treated professionally. We have no idea what sort of exposure we had, if any.

On Tuesday June 4th 2019, Lakeville MN had severe weather along with major flash flooding. Sirens went off and we headed to the basement. At 5:35 PM, our basement began to flood as the rain was too much. I immediately called our insurance company, submitted a claim and like any other person new to flooding, began posting online on what to do next.I submitted an online inquiry to ServPro. I received a call within the hour from Nancy and was surprised they worked that late. She shared with me action steps we could take now, along with following up with our agent regarding basement coverage.ServPro called me the next morning at 8AM and a 2-man crew was at my house by 10:30AM. Matt (the tall one) was super professional, courteous, and informative. They helped move things into our garage and began mitigation (getting the water out). Bill, the franchise owner, stopped by to make sure all was good as well. It felt like I had a dedicated team wanting to make sure we were protected and safe. More crew members came to hook up hoses, suck out the water, etc.. It sure looked like a production and I was just watching.When my claims adjuster arrived at 12:30PM, ServPro reviewed the damage and the action steps they took (measurements of the basement, water absorption data, etc). After a quick assessment, our adjuster knew the status and was able to take action and provide approval on next steps. ServPro was an advocate for me as they saw the initial damage and mitigated where they could. They began to rip up the carpet and take baseboards off. Getting it ready for the drying phase. We had 12+ industrial fans rocking in my basement by 3PM. Air began circulating around drying our basement. While the humming sound was loud, you just adjust to it. They stopped by every day to monitor dampness, re-adjust fans, and kept us in the loop with status. Five days later our basement was officially dry.ServPro did an amazing job. They were prompt. They were professional. They were knowledgeable. They were my advocates. They knew their job and did it well. All I can say.. is peace of mind during these flooded times.

While on vacation in Florida, I was very surprised at the service I received from Servpro when I got a call from my employee that I had water damage to my beauty salon as a result of a busted pipe. Even though I was out of town they came immediately, assessed the damage and went right to work drying out everything. Thanks to Servpro I did not lose much revenue.
