I cant say enough about how professional our technician, Aaron, was today. He used the utmost care working on our fridge and explained everything as he went along. He went the extra mile to verify with Samsung that the board he installed was the most up-to-date version and even wiped down the fridge after putting it back in place. The scheduling center was also very easy to deal with and I appreciated the portal where I could track what time the tech would be here. I wish all appliance repair could be this good!

Very, very good service. After 2 failed attempts to repair our ice maker by other companies Unique got it right. He even fixed the internet connection to the screen that hadnt worked in years. This is now my go too appliances repair company

Very professional and efficient! They came out to fix a dryer which had stopped working. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue within about half an hour and the fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Chase, the exceptional Unique Repair Services technician who tended to my troubled Samsung refrigerator, was--is!--professional, knowledgeable, detailed and courteous. Each impressively so. I was ready to replace the refrigerator, which originally cost me over $3k, but Chase quickly resolved every issue. Again, impressive.

DO NOT use this company if you can help it!!! Absolute ripoff, unresponsive, rude, anything but helpful.My Samsung range began to have the door lock at random times. They sent a tech out - after paying the $109 service fee just to show up. He ended up rteplacing the main control unit and the display - which has NOTHING to do with the locking problem!!After hr left, my bottom igniter wouldnt even light! After calling them to complain, they told me I would have to pay to replace the igniter and thats because it was something complately different.So, they come out, fixsomething, break something else, and now I get stuck with paying for it!Then the customer service manager Denice first told me they would at least cover the labor. Then suddenly after not hearing from them for a week, she decided they WERENT going to cover labor!!!These people are the worst!!! If you can find an authorized repair shop, DO IT!!!

Worst experience ever. People are rude. Customer service was rude and ignored my questions and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Sometimes they didn’t even show up when they said they would. When they did show up every time i was told the part the last technician...from the same company...installed a part that didn’t need replacing and took a prepayment for a new part! It’s been 4 months and I still don’t have a fixed wash machine and have been charged $700 with no offer to rectify anything. Customer service manager just told me I was wrong and I must have missed any attempt to reach out by them. Wish I could give negative stars.

This company requires you to pay a service fee before they come. When the service technician came, they claimed they couldnt remove my unit and couldnt diagnose the issue with a 10 minute total visit. They also came with a trainee during COVID without asking or informing me. We successfully got the unit out within 10 minutes. Our unit has been working without their service. So, Ive called 3 times and have emailed to ask for a refund of our service fee since they could not actually implement services or diagnose. I have had no replies from my emails and customer service claimed that a supervisor would call me back, this hasnt happened. Poor business services and customer service. Overall really disappointed with this company.

Serviced dryer under original warranty. I liked the ability to track eta through the texted link so I could meet him at the garage rather than front door. Technician was polite and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Exactly how warranty service should work.

We had to wait 3 weeks to get a serviceman sent out. The technician that they sent out was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told us that it wasn’t his job to remove the unit. While we struggling to uninstall our microwave, he angrily stomped out. A week later they sent us the same man with a technician that could remove the unit. The two were extremely condescending and again refused to remove the unit. My son removed the unit on his own in a matter of minutes. I don’t understand why Samsung has a contract with such an unprofessional company but I have reported them. I will follow up to ensure that no one has to deal with them again.

REPAIR WAS DONE ON TIME BY A KNOWLEDGEABLE , HONEST, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL TECHNICIAN NAMED CHASE. HE WAS GREAT! WE WOULD USE UNIQUE REPAIR OF BURNSVILLE AGAIN AND REFER THEM TO A FRIEND.

3 trips out, $109 service fee and one month of no washer working still. Customer service solution is to give me a 25% off coupon for my next service appointment. I’m laughing all the way to the laundromat!! Going to find a way to let Samsung know about this company.

I had a technician out to repair a pulley which he did and the machine runs fine. However, he didnt properly secure the exhaust vent during movement of the dryer and it fell off shortly after the work. When I called the company to ask if they could come back out and fix it, they refused to come out or take responsibility and blamed the original installers (who installed the unit 7 years ago and Ive never had a problem with before). I was forced to call another company to have them out to fix the exhaust vent for an additional cost.Poor work by the technician and AWFUL customer service. Do not use, find another company.

Technician was extremely unprofessional. I had no confidence he knew what he was doing. After he recommended which parts to replace (and wanting to charge me double for replacing them), I did it myself. Dryer still doesnt work — same issue. Customer Service would not refund $109 trip fee. DO NOT USE

Did a no show for an appointment because they somehow had the wrong number even though have been here for service before. Then when I called, they couldnt reschedule for 6 days from missed appointment. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional customer service.Also, the person that fixed the leak on our dishwasher previously must not have finished installing the new part, because when we took off the kick plate, 2 screws fell loose from inside.

We made an appointment over the phone for a technician to come out and repair our washer. It turns out that the model is under Samsungs recall program so we decided to buy a new washer and cancelled the appointment shortly after. The company still charged us $15 processing fee without doing anything. Its a pure scam company.

Worst IVR system which goes in circles. Couldnt select any option to get a hold of someone or able to do something to move forward. Very bad phone system they have in place.

Stay away from this company. The technician forgot to tighten the water valve following a repair and caused thousands of dollars of damage. They refused to have their insurance inspect or cover the damage and I was forced to take them to court. I won, but the process was lengthy and stressful.
