Ive used Tint Works in the past and they were good, however when I called recently for a quote and to see about setting up an appointment it took over a week for them to call me back. By then I found out that they were under new ownership and had decided to look into there more recent reviews because it had taken so long for them to return my call. After viewing a couple recent reviews I decided to go somewhere else. I do not plan on using Tint Works again.

Made an appointment with Dylan over the phone a week in advance. Confirmed via text and even received a text reminder the day before. I showed up but the office was closed. No call, text or email that it was cancelled. I waited a half hour in case he was running late or something came up - I get it, things happen. But looking a other people’s reviews this has happened before and I never received a follow call or anything. This is unacceptable and no one deserves such poor customer service. Covid is no excuse. That’s time I’ll never get back. Just let me know it’s cancelled or reschedule, rather than make me drive there to find out. I’m in business and communication is an essential part of service. I’d get fired up if I did this to one of customers.

So far so good. Just got done a few hours ago so the tint is still setting. What I can say is, great customer service, very knowledgeable. They were quick to get me in and out and man does my 2019 F-150 STX look sexy now with the new tint baby! I love it! Also lifetime warrenty! I highly recommend Tint Works in Burlington, MA. Thanks for a great job well done guys!

STAY AWAY! Poor quality, scratches my car. Tint works used to be the best back in the day when Randy was the owner and Rick was an installer, how this is not the case anymore. Sky high prices and terrible tinting jobs that Randy would never have approved of. There bubbles and dust stuck in the tint. I complained to them about and they re-did the windows, but they didn’t fix the problem. They also scratched my paint up when tinting the windshield and denied it. They won’t last long with all the other tint shops around that do a much better job

This place is awesome. My car was done in no time. Took about 45min to 1 hour and it came out great. No air bubbles, no scratches. The service is top knotch and the location is great. They have a nice and chill waiting room as well.

Tint Works Boston did an amazing job tinting the front two windows on my 2012 Nissan Xterra. Randy was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment and made sure that I was aware of what tint would be legal before starting, which I appreciate. The tint looks great and there were absolutely no bubbles or haziness after the install. When the salt is off the roads, this is definitely the place that I will be taking my 370z NISMO to have it tinted. Thanks!

Brought my 2016 STI here for a ceramic coating and it lasted me the whole 4 years I owned the car. Never had an issue. Therefore, I just had my new Type R tinted here a week ago, same thing, ceramic (Pinnacle). Would definitely recommend them to others.

I really wanted to give this place a chance, I really do despite other competitive tint shops around. Gave this place a try to install tint film on my two front windows. First, I noticed a scratch on my passenger side the next day which I contacted them for immediately because I did not want to wait long. They agreed to fix it and made a second appointment visit. Once I arrived, the tech told me its a small scratch , well if Im paying $170+tax for two front windows, I expect flawless job. It isnt my first time tinting my vehicle so I know what Im looking for. After second installation, there is another scratch on the same side but different area. At this point, I am not even going to bother to reach out because they just simply do lousy job. The only reason Im giving a two-star is because their film product is good, Ill give them that.

Tint works is the best. I would highly recommend them and you wont be disappointed. Ive been coming here for a long time. I first tried a competitor in town and they didnt do as good with the edges. Also they scheduled me and didnt get to my car for about 5 hrs. They kept squeezing in other people. Thats why I switched and Im happy I did. Tint works sticks to the schedule and does a great job. If you’ve been looking for a place to get your windows tinted, this should be where you go. TintWorks just completed a full ceramic (LLumar CTX) tint on my Volvo S60 and it looks incredible. I emailed the shop about a week ago, asking for a quote and if I could leave the car with them to tint my windows while on a business trip, and was pleasantly surprised when Rick, the shop manager, replied within 10 minutes of my email. I ended up dropping off the car on Monday, and was emailed again to confirm when TintWorks received my keys and they even went through the extra effort of pulling my car into the garage for the night. Rick’s level of communication throughout this whole experience has been incredible, and I was even sent photos of my tint when it was complete and ready to be picked up. I not only recommend Rick and the rest of TintWorks for their excellent communication, but also wholeheartedly recommend them for their incredible work done on the tint itself. There are absolutely 0 imperfections that I can identify with the tint, and it looks like it came right from the factory. Kudos.Again, I fully recommend this shop to anyone. If you’ve been hunting around for a shop to get your windows tinted at, this should be where you go. You won’t regret your decision.

Great product with excellent skills and service. I recently got my windows Re-Tinted since they were “Too Dark” for Massachusetts state law. I called in and schedule and appointment. They were very flexible with scheduling which was a big plus for me.As soon as I showed up I spoke to rick and he walked me through the process and helped me choose perfect tint for my car ..( Llumar Formula one 35% )Although my car was previously tinted much darker I have to say I am very impressed with the outcome of this film. Really good experience. This was my first time getting a car tinted and they really walked me through all the options and choices I had. The tint looks amazing. Definitely worth the drive, and compared to other quotes I got, reasonably priced too. The owner is a tint competition winner which was enough said for me.

Guys did an awesome job on my truck. Very clean shop and professional staff. Prices were very reasonable as well. I was in an out in less than an hour and a half for a tint job. Would 100% recommend.

One of my windows had 2 spots of dirt underneath the film at the very top. I had to get it redone. The window now looks great. They take appointments seriously and I was taken in exactly at my appointment time. The wait was not long at all.They do have a Keurig machine if you want coffee. Their waiting room is extremely small and you would be uncomfortable if there were another person also waiting for their car.

Who else can say their tint installer competed against the best in the world and took home 1st place. I can! The shop was super clean and organized. The guys were genuine, honest, professionals.They took the time to explain the different films and help me pick the right option for my car. The job came out flawless. Great experience all around.

They do not take walk-ins, was lucky enough to get an opening the day of. Got 2 windows and windshield strip done in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The end result was better than expected.

I had two vehicles done with Randy and his crew. I was there on two separate days and both times I was completely amazed at how quickly neat and professional these guys are. Time of completion was quick and both vehicles done too perfection. It was late in the day...5 pm appointment...they were probably exhausted and could have rushed the job, but they didnt. They took their time to do it right. Great service. Great skills. THANK YOU!

Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Ive had two other cars done at different places and both have bubbles here and there. Ive checked a few times over the last week and I cant find a single bubble from these guys. Had a minor issue with one of the windows, they fixed it the same day I called no questions asked. Easily the best in the business.

Outstanding work!!!Was quoted at 1.5 - 2 hours of work. They completed my 2017 Audi A3 in 45 minutes .I wont recommend anyone but these guys from now on.

Took my suv to get tints here the work it’s self is pretty good the guys get you in and out fast.But the owner I’m bad with names the this guy refused to tint my car with the tints I wanted even though I could legally!! Have them I mean it made no sense I don’t even know why I bothered tinting anyways, I’ve seen better work I do regret going and settling because now I’m just not happy with the choice. Owner should take a vacation and let them guys run the shop.won’t be going back.or recommending either.

I say this without hyperbole but the tint looks like it was laser cut from the factory.We discussed what look I was going for, especially having a light interior. This shop is under new ownership and is not the same as it was before.I brought my Mercedes in to have all the windows tinted. I discussed what I wanted for film with the installer and sat in the waiting room. About 3 hours later, the car was done, finding out they didnt install the film we had discussed installing at check out, I took the car and went on my way. As I looked over the car, I found a large crease in the rear window tint, a small crease in the rear window tint, the door panels not sitting correctly and the leather/vinyl out of place, the window swipers not sitting correctly in the door panel and muddy foot prints in the back seat area. I talked to Rick the manager and he and I discussed the issues and that he would correct everything and that he was very sorry. I understand, things happen. Rick also told me that some work I had asked about previously would be done at no charge for my inconvenience of the mistakes and having to take the time to correct it. I make an appointment to have the fixes done and the additional work all in one day so its convenient for me.Fast forward 2 weeks later when I had the appointment to fix everything and have the additional work done.... I was greeted with apologies and told that my car would be fixed immediately. I discuss and show them the issues, they acknowledge and agree that its needs to be fixed. They take the car into the shop, re tint the rear windows to the correct tint we had initially discussed and they pull it back outside informing me it was done. I look at the door seals/swipers, not fixed, muddy foot prints YEP still there. I ask when the person was coming to do the additional work that we had agreed upon, Im sorry, he isnt coming, something came up.... Rick the manager then asked if I could make ANOTHER appointment to come back for the additional work... at this point I was rather upset and had to get out of there.All in all, this was a huge inconvenience for average work at best. Any local tint shop can do the same work. They dont have the attention to detail as the previous ownership did which is a shame, they used to be the only place to go.I gave them 2 weeks after my HORRIBLE experience to contact me and see if they could make anything better, they did not, so now we have my story live on the internet. Typically, I dont post reviews like this, but this whole situation is still not sitting well with me a month later because I was a customer of the old ownership, its sad to see this shop headed in this direction.

Randy is one of the most well known and respected guys in this industry, period. I met him at a Worlds Best Tinter Contest...he won! Besides being able to offer a job that is literally as good as it gets there is much more when dealing with him. He is an honest guy with a passion for his trade. Not many like him and I am in the exact same industry. That is for auto, flat glass, and whatever else you need done. Five Stars!

Had the front Windows and windshield done on my 2015 Silverado High Country and this definitely makes the whole truck look even better! Got me in the day of request. Great price, amazing quality. They actually disassembled the door to tint the shot gun windows instead of just cutting the weather strip like some places do. Explained exactly what the staff was doing and why, extremely high dollar vehicle and sensor systems function perfectly, but now have a high quality tint job to match the vehicle. KUDOES!!! I will be bringing the rest of my vehicles here not only for tint, but for the clear bra installation. High value vehicle with every highway, parking, driving, cruise control, airbag system on the market????? No problem for Tint Works, they are great!

I recently took my 2016 GL350 to Randy in July and wow am I glad I did. I am a Seattle transplant, big time OCD by nature, researched for a week or so prior to my finally choosing Randy.
