2 stars because my ring and husbands earrings came out super clean but the younger lady with dark hair is very rude and unprofessional. Never will return to this location again and I advise everyone else avoid it. We went in for a simple cleaning and left in a very bad mood. She tried to tell me my ring was going to snap and cut my finger off when it’s exactly the same as when I bought it and picked it up after having it sized - by Kay Jewelers - a little under two and a half years ago. I get regular inspections on it so if that was the case, why wasn’t it brought up 6 months ago since I’ve only worn it for 2 months in the last 8 months??? Both of my rings bands are slightly thinner on the bottom after they were sized to fit me. If that’s an issue, then whoever Kay Jewelers has do their sizing needs to be fired.On top of that, they tried to tell me the earrings aren’t what they are - Black Diamonds - Just because we bought them at a different Jewelry store. This is the first time in 6 years we have been told this by anywhere we have them cleaned at when asked what they are.Also, don’t bring your kids with you. God forbid they make a sound and they will treat you differently- even after you apologize your 2 year old is going through a phase.No wonder all the stores in this mall are closing... rude customer service so no one wants to return to it!

Love every experience here! We try and get Tyran every single time because she was always been a joy and pleasure to work with. Me and my wife have been planning ouy wedding for what feels like 2 years and she has always been knowledgeable and eager to assist in every way possible.
