Got a flat tire in Mt Holly. Contacted Geico and they set up a tow with BMS . His name is Joe. Kinda younger 20s. He came so quick and towed me to my house. Super professional and nice. Thank you so much !!!

Horrible they stole my sons tags and wanted to charge him $165 plus his title to get his tags. Complete illegal!!!!!!!

I have towing service under my job. I called and they sent BMS i was given a ETA time of 60 min. They came before that time they were courteous, nice guys. Wish i had got their names. But i just wanna say A1 service.

Good towing truck company, came in a good amount of time, driver was good, told me what might to expect is wrong with my car, I thought it was my transmission, went through my insurance for most of it. The rest I paid for, easy process. Easy drive to the shop, no problems

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I just witnessed an employee of theirs, Heather Grove, make blatantly RACIST comments about college-educated, well-off Black customers who were displeased with the business. Heather called them “hood rats” and bragged that she’s “white” so she didn’t care that the customers were upset with the way they’d been treated by the company.If you, like most decent people, prefer to spend your hard-earned dollars in a business that respects ALL people, then I’m sure there are plenty of other reputable companies to call. These people are unfit to be in business.

I read previous reviews and came in prejudging this place. I walked in and was greeted by Nick, who was extremely pleasant, despite the phone constantly ringing off the hook. There’s a bad cigarette smell and by no means is this place clean BUT it’s a towing spot; what else should you expect? Overall, my experience was surprisingly good.

Well quote was $210.00, showed up and said $400.00. Didnt use them. Called another towing and was charged $125.00

Refused to help when called by Geico ins who they are contracted thru. They have the capabilities to tow a car and a trailer but do not want to because it is too late for them.

Called in at 7:20am. Gave me an estimated time of 9:10. They didn’t show. I was given one excuse after another, each time stating they’d be about 45 more minutes... Then after I waited for the last 45 mins and they still weren’t here, they abruptly cancelled at 11:50! I waited for them with a flat tire for over four and half hours!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. They could have at least been honest.

Never pays their bills to vendors. racist attitude from the pushy broad in the office and employs back yard, inexperienced parts changers off the record and underage kids on the weekends and during the summer. Local and state police are watching, stat away.

One customer has a bad experience based on her own attitude and gets all of her friends to post comments and reviews claiming the owner is racist. Let me start by saying Heather is not a racist. She will treat you with respect. You cant walk in a business and talk nasty and give an attitude and expect the employees to bow at your feet. She is one of the most caring individuals that I know. All the reviews claiming Heather is a racist are based off of ONE encounter. One nasty woman who got her friends to post different reviews. Just had to say because I couldnt read these reviews and NOT say anything. This company doesnt scam people. TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!!!

I have left the comments on their page and they turned it off on Facebook. I have witnessed comments from heather, belittling customers and continued to use racial slurs toward to black community. Do not use this business, they will scam you and force you to empty your pocket.

They said they wouldnt damage the car. They damaged the car. They said they would fix it with OEM parts. They didnt use OEM parts. The only reason they fixed it was because they didnt want GEICO coming after them for a $3000 bill from the BMW dealership. They said it would take a day. It took 5 days. They were disrespectful and totally unprofessional to my girlfriend. If they are sent to tow your car JUST SAY NO.

Whoever the female was that answered the phone was RUDE and hung up on me. I called my roadside assistance company and requested that they change to a different tow company. Customer service is Paramount.

What a joke! I have roadside assistance that called this company to tow my car after an accident that left it undrivable. I waited for two hours before they even showed. Shoulda just let the cop call someone for me.

This was by far the worst tow company ever they charged a customer 18.00 out of pocket because they did not read the coverage properly on a fax that was sent through to their office there is a operator there name Anne or Ana and she is the most rude person ever they should fire her or take her off the phones because she is not customer service friendly nor is she professional instead of acknowledging her mistake of charging customer she proceeds to say “ oh well it’s just 18 get over it if the customers wants it back she has to come down to our office “ and hung up and declined every call after that ! Don’t use this tower !!

Kept me waiting for an hour then canceled.
