First impression was over the phone when scheduling as a new patient - fantastic! The doctor and staff we so welcoming and nice. And they were so good with my son who said he had a great time.

The only reason its not 5 stars is because I suffer from a debilitating phobia of the dentist in general. Dr. McGonigle and his staff, however, are kind, thoughtful, thorough, gentle, resourceful, helpful and empathetic. Ive only visited the office twice, but each time, they were on time, efficient and calming. Highly recommend.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist. Advanced Dental Care of Burlington is absolutely amazing. I felt very comfortable and they have alternatives for cleanings if you hate aspects of getting a cleaning. Sandra is amazing, along with everyone else there. They are so friendly, welcoming, and want you to be as comfortable as you can during your cleaning. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

I have had my share of horrible experiences with dentists in the past. You put your trust in them, with the hopes that they have your best interest in mind and unfortunately that sometimes is not the case. I have a very small mouth and have had braces twice, once as a child and once as an adult. I have had several extractions to make room, two root canals which I dont even think I needed, and many other procedures that I now question. I have TMJ and have fractured several teeth from grinding and clinching and have worn a professional night guard at night for many years. I was at my wits end with face and jaw pain and had a 3 fractures in a back tooth. A friend recommended Dr. McGonigle so I went to see him. My first visit he did something that no other dentist has ever done...he addressed my face and jaw pain and said lets get that under control first. He gave me a medication to help with the muscles and clinching. He then made a mold of my teeth to study my bite. My next visit he fixed my fractured tooth without having to get invasive and costly without any pain. We discussed my bite and he showed me the mold of my teeth and why my I am having the issues that Im having and has a plan to help relieve the grinding. Dr. McGonigle is very caring and explains everything so it makes sense to you. I am truly grateful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone who wants their dentist to put them first, over unnecessary invasive procedures! His office staff is also super friendly and makes you feel so comfortable.

This has been and always will be my go to dentist in the area. He is highly knowledgeable, understanding, and works extremely well with me. I’ve never been able to go to dentist appointments/make appts so easily before!

I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. McGonigle and the staff at Advanced Dental Care! I came to Dr. McGonigle with an extreme fear of the dentist due to past experiences with other dentists. Since becoming a patient here, I can say that I no longer feel that fear. From explaining the process that is going to take place to the calming, steady demeanour of everyone there, I won’t go to any other dentist and will recommend them to anyone in need of one!

Its easy to see that he truly enjoys it.The staff is top-notch. Since I first started with Dr. McGonigle in 2014, his team hasnt changed. That isnt very common, and its easy to see that everyone who works there is happy, and that says a lot. I am always greeted with smiles.During my most recent visit, I told Sandra about my upcoming back surgery. She offered me pillows to make me as comfortable as possible in the chair.The pillows really helped, and I dont recall ever being offered pillows (shaped for lumbar support, under my knees, etc.) at any other office.Sandi is magical when she takes x-rays! She does it without anything digging into the top or bottom of my mouth.Rachel, the Office Manager, is always smiling, and has answers to any questions I might have. She is great at following up with me.If anyone is looking for a dentist, I always recommend Dr. McGonigle.

Great service! Of course, hes my brother so I got the full tour of the amazing technology at his disposal. He uses laser drilling rather than mechanical and can design and place a new tooth within a hour or so. Normally you have to wait another week and set another appointment since they have to be sent out. He can make them right there! Its unfortunate that I have great teeth since a dentist like this in the family would certainly remedy anything. I have had my teeth cleaned by him and, after noting I didnt have any cavities, he noted all the problem areas using his scanning tool, Cerrac. I actually got to see the deeper pits in my teeth on screen! Very cool stuff.
