I was a new client and made an appointment weeks prior letting her know I had difficult taxes this year. Showed up for my appointment and was told to hand over all my paperwork and call her from my car for her to go over them with me. I didnt feel comfortable not being able to see what she was referring to as she commented on my different tax forms. No offer to make me a copy or make other arrangements (via Zoom would have been better than calling on my cell from the parking lot). I wish I had been told of the process in advance.
