Dismas House in Burlington was there when I needed help. I thought I just needed a place to go when I got out of jail, but they gave me much more than that. What they offered was a family lead by familial building principles. The Directors at that time, Kim and Richard, were kind, compassionate and strong. They were easy to talk to and never told me directly what to do, just offered possibilities and a safety net. I couldnt recommend this House more. When I came to them in 1999, I didnt realize that former life would be left behind me and Dismas House in Burlington is an large part of my ability to do just that. Thank you.
