Some of their equipment is old and wore out but the superintendent and Foreman or absolutely cool as a cucumber very wise and knowledgeable. If you need hours I recommended them. Work is work anywhere you go. It is the people that makes the difference.

Apparently this guys are working on the intersection down the road from me and they havent finished yet. Frankly I dont get why the city of Greensboro hired these slackers, left the road jacked up.

These guys work constant and hard.

I worked here years ago, and was treated more than fairly, the pay was decent and the foreman was good to his crew. I would have no problem recommending, a driver to work for this company.

My dad use to work for this company back in the day I remember the big boss man letting me ride with him while my dad drove the low boy hauling equipment I work for Carmichael construction my dad taught me alot that he learned from some of the older guys from there

My son work with James and he was very fair and took care of the employees under him. The town loved James, hes a great person to work with . My son said Thank You for the opportunity.

This is a TERRIBLE company for several reasons:1. They have had multiple on-the-job deaths due to poor safety conditions for their workers.2. Theyve been fined hundreds of thousands of dollars for hiring illegal immigrants. (Apparently they hired this illegals not only to save themselves money but also they consider them expendable. The last two job-related deaths were illegals who died because of very poor safety practices.)3. Theyve even had a murder at their own company. One employee killed another on the job!4. Their drivers are unsafe and very discourteous on the road.BOTTOM LINE:This company should be avoided at all costs. There are plenty of other paving and grading companies out there that are honest, reputable, and respectable. Triangle Grading and Paving is NOT one of them!UPDATE:The response to my review is obviously a bunch of lies to cover up the fact that this company and its people are terrible. All you have to do is search online for the articles about their on-the-job deaths and the fines theyve paid for safety violations and for hiring illegal immigrants.

Poor customer service! I requested an estimate and was depending on them and they seem so interested in the beginning. Once I asked for the status of the estimate I was told by Stephanie WERE NOT LOOKING AT IT okay thank you for wasting my time. Super unprofessional!

My husband has been employed here for seven months.His friend was a Forman and got him a job there.My husband was guaranteed 40hrs a week.Thats bull some weeks maybe 40hrs but some weeks just 10hrs with three kids and a wife to support.Then hurricane Florence hit I do live in the swamp we where flooded out couldnt even get out to get food or ice much less to go to work.I was told fine everyone was having a hard time getting to work.Then I text my supposed to be friend/Forman and no text back or call.I tried no answer.Now I dont have a job bc I couldnt show up for work when I was told it was okay not to be at work.Then when the roads did open up I called again to my friend/Forman who tells me I dont have a job.Now Im out of a job with three kids and a wife to take care of.If Triangle only knew what was going on they would definitely have a few openings.
