*** HORRIBLE AND VERY IGNORANT COMPANY**** The technician Jerry Lee was very rude and unprofessional. He came in and was rude to my husband and I, refused to answer any questions that we had and had to be asked to leave my home. When I called to speak to the manager the customer service rep (if that what you would caller her) Suzy was even more rude and disrespectful. She lacked the basic customer service or communication skills. They have serviced my refrigerator all of 3 times and we still experience the same issues. Currently waiting a manager call back which he refused to come on the line because they claimed he was having lunch at 2 in the afternoon. THEY ARE THE WORST AND BEWARE!!

Have used this company for a couple years in my restaurant and the quality, service and time to get things fixed has plummeted. I have to call multiple times over a weekand a half period to 3ven get dispatch to give me an eta, then wait another week for a tech to randomly show up with no call, the past 3 different things they have fixed for me have failed with in 3 months, they have tried to charge me twice for things under warranty and something they didnt even replace. The last tech to come out couldnt even find the part to replace on the steamer and hadto be shown where it was. Then it took him 5 hrs to rwllace a water temp probe on the steamer. Unfortunately i will not be using them anymore.

I read some of the reviews that I did not understand!!! a I live in Rocky Mount Va ...I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator... and received a work order for someone to fix it...To make a long story short...A young man named Brandon was sent to repair our refrigerator...I have nothing but high compliments for this young man and how professional he was...yes I have had bad experiences in the past, but this one was a welcome relief.....I did my homework up front, and they came prepared to do a great job....

I would not recommend this company and it is sad that Samsung promotes them. They cancelled the first appointment the day of the appointment then attempted to reschedule the second one stating that the technician had called me and I did not answer...which was NOT true!! I had called to confirm the appointment the day before and had to change my work schedule to be home between 1-5. They called me after 4 trying to reschedule. The technician did end up coming after I demanded my money back and amazingly was able to get in touch with me! The $100 cost you have to put down is very high and then having to pay labor on top of the $100 service call is outrageous! Next time I will definitely not go with who Samsung recommends and will contact someone local for better service!!

Please DO NOT use this company. I called then to schedule a tech to take a look at my washer machine, that day they charged me $100 over the phone as a diagnostic charge and they asked my for my washer machines serial and model number to check ON PARTS AVAILABILITY. so a week later the tech came to take a look at the main board and told us there is not parts in the market for this machine and walked out 18 minutes later. after he left my husband found a unplugged cable in the main board that after he connected it made the machine work again. the technitan DID NOT delivered the service I paid for, he could have found the unplugged cable and also why did he come in the first place when they knew there were not parts for it available any more. I called and complained about sending a tech knowing there is not parts for it and because the tech didnt find the unplugged cable, the lady said do you need me to send you another technician? what would she sent another technician for when she said there is not parts in the market. now I know why they charge those $100 in advance. Do not become a fraud victim.

Very unprofessional. Had a warranty visit for dishwasher today 2/11/2021 between 1-5p. Called at 340pm just to confirm visit because nothing was sent or messaged since set up for confirmation on 2/5. Met with a female rep who answered Hello... then claimed there was a delay. Cold transferred me to another rep out of the blue.I was told that after calling the service rep that I would have to be rescheduled for the next Monday because parts have not come in. Mind you a visit hasnt even been completed to see the actual problem, only what I explained what issue would be. She then said that UPS is to blame for not delivering items and Samsung for not sending them in time. Again, I set appointment up was set up 6 days prior and rep stated it takes 24-48 hrs to get parts. She then began to tell me that she just heard there were between 9 to 17 appointments she would have to call to reschedule now at 4 pm. Even some from people scheduled 10-2 who never got call. Very unprofessional, asked to speak to supervisor, said I couldnt get managers personal cell phone number which I didnt ask for. But just a supervisor. I am waiting on call back. I called Samsung to report this vendor they use as well...so hopefully they smarten up and no longer use this group as vendor
