I was polite and had asked nicely to cut 3 pieces of glass for a project of mine. Fairly easy flat pieces and provided templates. Over 3 weeks later it still wasnt done with no call or reason. Went to go pick up my plastic templates figuring it just wasnt going to happen. Was told owner was asked multiple times to cut my flat pieces but just didnt. While waiting I saw other small projects done that werent there 3 weeks go. Dont know what I did but he just wasnt keen to my business. So much for using a local business instead of big chain store. He fell down on the job. He did not come through on his word. I will never go back to him with future work.

I would like to start of saying that I hired Patriot Glass to repair poor job done by another company. The previous installer refused to replace the scratched up panel he installed, and fix the doors that were not closing properly due to the right-hand door being installed in the left-hand shower.Patriot Glass corrected everything to the best of their ability and my satisfaction.Would use this company for any future needs and would highly recommend without any hesitation!Prompt responses, punctuality, lower prices than some of their competitors, a friendly crew and high quality of work is what I experienced working with Patriot Glass.

I called this place to have a back window replaced. I stated the 2006 model of vehicle I own and then I was placed on hold. A couple moments later, the same individual came back to the phone and says “We’re booked. We can’t help you.” and that was that.....Odd way to conduct business but, just thought anyone looking up this place should know what they are potentially about to deal with.

Dropped off a screen in July. Was told they could make a duplicate. They never did or called me to advise they werent going to. I had to call them. Picked it up today (October). Completely useless company.2/18/20 update to owner comment. You are not sorry. You knew about it as it was happening and ignored it. Dont try and save face online...beware this place sucks

It was my first time using this company so i was nervous of course. But they went above and beyond my expectations. Fast, efficient, professional, and the best priced by far. Thank you for making sure it was installed on time for my daughters birthday even though short notice. Will not use any other company.
