The tracking on my package hasnt been updated in days. My package shipped on 9/13, it is now 10/1, and my package has been sitting in Burlington since 9/22. I asked for it to be delivered to a pick-up location in Lake Stevens (which is closer than my actual address), and the estimated delivery time moved, and now it doesnt have an estimated time at all.Customer service was no help at all. There wasnt a real person I could talk to at all.

Absolutely horrible. My package is a month late. Every day that I call I am told that its on a truck and is in route. Should arrive by the end of the day, but then never arrives. The reps in the call centers just lie to you to get you off the phone. Extremely frustrating.

Ive had two seperate orders that sit in the Burlington location for DAYS. No updates are made, always says pending and in transit and ALWAYS arrives late. When I call to ask for some assistance literally no one ever helps. Never ever will I suggest ANYONE use fedex because they cant even get their tracking right.

The last 3 time I have something shipped to me through FedEx and has gone through the Burlington shipping location it has been the worst experience. If I could give zero stars I would. My package made it from Memphis Tennessee to Burlington in 3 days. Its been sitting in Burlington since Sunday and it has now been 4 days of no movement. With zero explanation. Customer service is completely useless, and you cant talk to a real person at the facility. I will go out of my way to never use FedEx at this point. Even pay extra for another currier.

If I can give this place a -5 star, I would. All 12 of my packages from this place went to another address in a gated community. How hard is it for the drivers to read the label and have some common sense that PL SE is different than ST SE? Why cant my packages be at the Everett Distribution Center than Burlington?

Im writing this because they must have hired THE MOST LAZY drivers lately. We had a couple of deliveries that were supposed to arrive today but they didnt arrive. When I check the tracking information it says that a delivery attempt was made (no it wasnt because someone was here all day between two of us). LAZY. LAZY. LAZY. I guess theyre afraid of the dark or something? Who knows. Ive always had fairly good luck with Fedex but they are officially AS BAD AS the United State Postal Service with regard to delivery. They suck.

ITS A LIE - my address was correct. BTW who corrects it? I didn’t call them – the seller didn’t call them either. They just didn’t want to deliver it in time. Promised delivery day was on July 20 – delivered 3 days late! …. SELLERS – please stop using it – even USPS is much better than FedEx.

I give Kudos when appropriate ... this is a shipper beware. I ordered a home gym online. FedEx is delivering it. For an entire week, they have sent me text notifications that it is on the truck and out for delivery (signature required). My son is home and I told him to wait until I get home to shower, and to not use his headphone during school so he can hear the doorbell. Every night when I get home I wait until 8:00 pm (FedEx cut-off time) for a delivery that never arrives. I have called numerous times with no resolution. FINALLY, today, only because I used in your face pressure, they admitted that they have no idea where it is. One scan says its in route to Burlington WA, another says its on the truck for delivery. I looked up the Burlington FedEx on Google, almost every review is one star. I will no longer purchase from companies who ship thru FedEx. They literally have been lying to me for a week, meanwhile, I have disrupted my life to ensure someone was one home to intercept a package that was never on a truck and out for delivery.I canceled my order and now have to wait for a refund and then start all over again! Extremely frustrating! I understand that they are buried right now, but that is no excuse for dishonest business practice.

I always pray that my packages are distributed from Everett versus Burlington. My packages are always delayed by days (when they have the status of being on the delivery truck) and the driver throws them at the end of my road. This Burlington ship center is so untrustworthy and I cant rely at all on tracking information because it seems that my delivery depends more on the effort of the driver.

Its always a random roll if youll get packages from this location on-time The excuses given can be generally summed up as lazy. This location could care less about delivering your package unless its convenient for them. They use contract drivers so its truly random every time.

If your package was shipped with FedEx - I feel sorry for you. There will be weather delay even if weather is great. There will be address incorrect even if its correct. Your package will go back and forth multiple times until its got delivered... I have never received any packages in time if they were shipped with FedEx.

Twice this fedex fails to deliver my package on time. The package arrives at that location ~5am on a Saturday and twice i get a message saying that it wont be delivered until Tuesday. And it also says that i cant go pick it up!

Hands down worst location in WA! My packages I pay for w/ my FEDEX acct always get, “misplaced” or the worst... held up for days. I’m in Bellingham & the fact is- I can drive to Seattle to get my own package in 2hours. I pay a lot of $ to get my stuff on time but it NEVER FAILS... Burlington doesn’t just slow things down- they literally STOP them for days adding a bunch of stress, phone calls & chaos. Time to go back to UPS. WAKE UP BURLINGTON!

My shipment has been stuck at this branch for 3 days now due to snow, yet Im seeing other FedEx trucks delivering on the roads... So I dont know why I got screwed over. I was even willing to drive from my house to the shipping center to pick up my package, but not only am I not able to pick up my product for unknown reasons. I am also not able to get into contact with the branch. When the call center tried to get a hold of the ship center, nobody answered the phone.

Three days they said they tried to deliver. I have been home all day for two days. They never showed up. The customer service number takes you to central America. They have no way to contact anyone in the US. I will never again order anything that requires FedEx shipping. Worst service Ive ever experienced.

Very upset with delivery today. Not only was it left in the rain, you blocked my regular mail box stopping my mailman from delivering.. box was ripped, torn and soaking wet.. No knock no nothing that it was delivered. If I opened my front and screen door it would of fell down 4 stairs and onto sidewalk into more puddles of water.. I called and all you can do is return my money in about 2 weeks and pick up the destroyed product and tell me to order a new one. Uh excuse me.. Your fault its destroyed not my. I shouldnt have to order again and pay 3 times as much cause your lazy employees. No excuses especially during the holiday season. Period. Plenty of pictures posted all over Facebook of your incompetence.

Not even sure if they even attempted to deliver my package, said “failed to deliver: business closed” and it was being delivered to a residential address not a business? Then it keeps saying “can still be delivered on time” and I kept waiting and waiting until finally I called and the guy told me it was located here at this facility. I went in and the lady I talked to was very rude, kept cutting me off, telling me my package wasn’t there, she had nothing in the back and that the customer rep that said my package was there was an idiot. so I showed her the tracking number and she took my phone with her then came back WITH MY PACKAGE. Then she was being nice and sent me on my way. Needless to say I’ll be avoiding fed ex and this facility especially, from now on.

The lack of this annex to deliver WORLDWIDE ON TIME is a joke. It hasnt snowed in 4 days nothing but rain. Other fedex vehicles have been out in force. I assume their delivery drivers are not from a snowy state or just lazy. We are customers of FedEx and whatever it takes to deliver on time, is your success in this area as a business. Heck, our post office will put chains on to get priority packages delivered on time. I will not use your business ever again.

This is the Third time in one month Ive had a package sitting at their warehouse for days after it arrived. Sooooo Frustrating when you pay to have it delivered on time and they put it on their trucks to be delivered and take it back off for days!! Every time I call asking for an explanation for why again it was taken off and not delivered they have stated weather conditions. Although its been sunny and dry with clear roads for days. The post office is delivering mail just fine and so is UPS. This company needs to be investigated and fined for charging people falsely and holding packages.

The absolutely worst Fedex in history. I honestly cannot even believe it. Everytime I have an order and this location delivers, it’s never on time. I mean NEVER. I can understand one or two times. But to update the system with lies about the weather is ridiculous. I now have to request another business when ordering items, because this place sucks. Day after day the system is updated with lies and all the customer service reps can say is “it’s on the truck for delivery”. A direct signature is required for my order, I don’t have time to be playing with y’all. Never again.

FedEx In Skagit and Whatcom County is as bad as it gets. Lost packages, wrong address delivery is common. I have lost over $200 worth of goods and good luck filing a claim. I am shocked that they get away with it.

Absolutely terrible delivery service. Didnt ring my doorbell or knock or anything on Saturday when I was waiting right by my door all morning. Just stuck the failed to deliver ticket to the door and left. I called support who informed me that they had closed at noon and wouldnt deliver my package again until Wednesday and I had no option whatsoever to go pick it up sooner from another location. At least the people I purchased from understood and refunded my shipping cost, because if I ever have the option, I will not be using FedEx again. UPS and even the post office never give me these issues.

What a joke! I had three packages all part of the shame shipment sit there a week without delivery. I finally had the packages sent to a pick up location. Two days later one box made it there. It took almost 5 days for the other two to get there. 14 days with about 9 in Burlington with no delivery.

Twice Fedex has sent the driver on a wild goose chase, their GPS system sends them to Lyman and then the driver reports that I have moved...Im right off of N. Reed St., why can the other carriers find my house and Fedex cant. Its disgusting.

My package came two days early, and then they put the fail to deliver sticker on my door while I was at work. How am I supposed to know to be present at my house if the package is early? Plus nobody said anything about being present during my work day. On top of that, they marked this was the second delivery attempt, when the package didnt even arrive at the shipping facility until 3 am this morning.

What is going on with this place? I have had packages backed up sitting at this facility for 3-4 days, and some that have been there for 7+ days. I am waiting on a total of 6 packages, (two were delivered yesterday, a week later than the original date) There was some snow 10 days ago so I understand a small delay, but not over a couple days, the roads have been clear for a week now. What is going on? Side note, USPS AND UPS delivered the whole time it was snowing, and havent had a delay in any packages since, its like they care about their customers...weird.Edit: And they just get worse, yesterday (7/15) I had a package that was supposed to be delivered, the status showed “Out for delivery” the truck drove past my business at 6:30 pm, and suddenly, at 6:32 pm, the status changed to “Delivery exception, customer not available or business closed.” Weird. How did you know if I was unavailable or closed if you didn’t stop or even slow down? Also...WE WEREN’T CLOSED!

The delivery people definitely do not care enough about their customers to even simply knock on the door. I waited at home all day for a very important package, I heard the truck pull up, he buzzed my apartment and I let him in.. instead of him coming up to deliver my package, he left!! He literally got back in his truck and drove away, and marked me as “not being home”. Now I have to wait until Monday (it’s friday) to get my package. Thanks FedEx.

FedEx keeps pushing off my delivery. It was a package that is coming from Oregon. Every other delivery service would have delivered in 2 days tops. But FedEx is taking a week!!!! I did not choose FedEx and never do because this has become a normal occurrence. I still don’t have my package.

Apparently a shipper has the option to request a signature in order to receive a package at the residence only. That is all fine and well, but if there is no one available at the residence there is no option for me to call into FedEx and be able to pick it up at the shipping center until after a delivery attempt has been made. So what happens is a FedEx delivery driver must make an attempt to deliver the package, even though I have to called and stated that no one would be there to receive the package. Then, once I receive the notice that the attempt has been made, I then have to call and make arrangements to pick the package up at the Distribution Center. A lot of time and effort could be saved if I could just make arrangements to pick it up at the shipping center to begin with. Why this is an option for a shipper is beyond me, its one of the most ridiculous and time-wasting options available. And yes I could call the shipper and request that they not do that, but the shipper happens to be Samsung. I dont know if any of you have tried to contact somebody at Samsung who could actually make this change, but it is completely impossible to do so.

Have to give a 1 star to FedEx Home delivery. For the 2nd time they were scheduled to deliver on a Saturday and I guess just passed my building by. I guess the driver couldnt figure out how to use the resident contact system or just didnt try. Or maybe management isnt putting enough drivers out to cover the load.

I was in the bathroom which is very close to my front door the first time they came by at first when I heard noise from outside I thought it was just my cats . I Hardly heard any sort of a knock in then I decided to check it out ran out and fed ex was driving away ok Ill just call and see if she can stop by later. The lady on the phone got a hole of your shipping center and got ahold of the driver the shipping center called and told me the driver would be able to come back to my house later and drop it off I did everything in my power I even drove home from work during my lunch to see if the package had come. It hasnt I was expecting my package TODAY. TWO DAY SHIPPING EXPRESS and it didnt come like it was suppose to!! . A bunch a BS if you ask me maybe knock on the door a little harder harder next Time !! Full of lies and excuses. I was supposed to receive a package, on a particular day, tracking followed to be sure I would be available to receive it, and FedEx never shows up. Called customer service, at 5:00 pm to enquire the status of the delivery, and was told end of day for fedex is 8:00 pm, waited until 8:20, still no package. At 8:20, I called customer service again, their system, as well as online tracking still showed on vehicle for delivery, and the customer service agent started a trace to resolve the issue. Next morning I checked online tracking, and it says they attempted delivery, and customer was not avaliable, at 5:45 AM 3 HOURS BEFORE THEY SAY IT WAS LOADED ONTO A VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY! received a call from the trace agent, saying it was on time, and scheduled for delivery by end of day, THE DAY AFTER ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED!

My package is 2 days late. The FedEx app says could not deliver due to inccorect address. They probably got a dumbass driver who couldnt find my address . I called customer service an they verified that my address on file is correct but yet the driver couldnt deliver it. U guys have a different shippin label on it or something. Why gautrntee someone there package when later on it never gets delivered! Call the damn customer at least an see if they can help the FedEx driver if they are lost!

Absolutely aweful! Had a package shipped from FL, and got rejected from teir facility in Burlington and sent back to FL, I called when the package had just arrived to Oregon, they told me the package was going to be sent back to me in Burlington WA and 3 days later the package was delivered in Frorida!!! I talked to 6 people and nobody could help, so I ended up paying for shiping using UPS 162 dls. NEVER AGAIN I WILL USE FED EX.

I own a small biz in Arlington wa some of my vendors choose to use fedex as delivery method. Unfortunately every package I get sent to me is a hassle with one thing in common it comes from this shipping location. I never get my package on time, When I call I get the run around or the whole u werent there it couldnt be delivered. I sat and watched the fed ex driver drive right past my store and then my tracking updated to undeliverable my store was open and had been all day. As a small biz i depend on my product to be here on time when im told that what my customers depend on. Just because Fed EX chooses to treat people like trash and lie to them and blame the problem on their customer doesnt mean thats how all people do biz so the product that my customers are waiting for to feed their animals i have to turn away so in turn they shop else where not only is it super frustrating because i loose biz and my lively hood the people u talk to at fed ex dont care its always your fault so once again fed ex screwed up wont fix it and once again they have costed me money thank your very much every one should ship ups or the post office at least they deliver on time. They said no one was home on the first attempt but my wife was home knowing that shipment was due to arrive. The driver never even came to the door. Cut to 4 days later and multiple phone calls made to customer service we are no closer to an explanation as to why it wasnt delivered the first time. Sadly FedEx shipping will probably keep me from buying from those online retailers that continue to use them

If youre into black holes, this is the place for you. Expecting a package that has to go through the Burlington FedEx distribution center? Well, it will certainly get sucked into the negative forces there and disappear forever. So many of my packages have been in limbo (in transit in Burlington) for weeks and I never, ever got any of them. Its UPS only from now on. FedEx doesnt deliver, they just drive packages around endlessly.
