Love this place. In and out great service

Took a Starbucks (SB) load here and it turns out the appointment was for the day before and SB screwed up. You would think that Balford would work out something with SB to receive the load, but no. They reschedule it for the following week. After two days of waiting, SB finally found a warehouse to take the load to.If I were SB, Id be looking to see if I could find a better warehouse and distribution company. If you cant work in a load for your customer, you are doing it all wrong.

Great customer service

Fairly decent place. No parking nearby but place loads and unloads within an hour. No lumper charges. If you deal in frozen they only operate out of 1 dock so its 1 truck at a time in the frozen area.

I order from Balford 2-3 times a week for my business. Their employees that take orders are quick, efficient, and very friendly. I have been using them for a year now, and have never had a problem with a delivery.

I worked here and it was the absolute WORST place ever! Horrible management they have no clue how to run a business. You are a slave to these people. I would work 15 hour days and they would have the nerve to get mad if i would try leaving after finishing my work. Do not do business with these people.

Their products are fabulous. Always fresh, prices are more than reasonable, and customer service appears to be their main focus. I love this company!

They go by appt however u can also check in early and if there is no waiting they will take u. Overnight parking is on the street just before the entrance. 3 trucks can get parked. In and out in 1-2 hours. Good experience won’t mind coming here again for another delivery.

They are not very friendly at resiving they dont explain nothing is my first time here they gave a door at 6:00 my appointment was for 6:30 some one else came and make me pull out before I get unloaded at 6:13 because they have a driver that was coming late for his 5:45 appointment and they just act like they own the world

Delivery truck did a hit and run on the highway. Management were totally unresponsive to the report and denied that the driver did anything.

One of your delivery drivers hit my car with his trolley tonight at 9:45pm at the Bryn Mawr starbucks, 766 E Lancaster Ave and left quickly without saying anything. I went in for 30 seconds and came out to find the truck pulling away! I just had this bumper painted not even a 1000 miles ago and it cost me near $1800!

Why would you change Rosenberger tea Now it is terrible . I drink 1/2 a gallon of tea everyday. Yep 365 1/2 gallons a year sometimes more Well I guess I will save my money because your tea taste like toilet water. You can put the name Rosenberger on it but such FALSE ADVERTISING!! You should be ashamed!

Fellow drivers giving them one star is insulting definition of star..very slow and unprofessional business..I have already wasted 4.5 hours still not unloaded..avoid coming here to ur best ability
