They cashed a check for $800 @ beginning of summer for 6 visits of weed pulling. Gave the run-around and didnt show up until end of July. Did not pull Queen Anns Lace weeds inside the garden beds - shoddy job.

I’ve had two large projects done by Koch Kuts in the last 3 years, each time their project plan was well done. Their workers are nice and work hard. Their finished product was completed about their projected date and they do clean up after themselves.

I reached out to Kock Kuts to come out and give me a proposal on replacing some damaged flagstone rocks on my property. I left a message and than one day someone shows up outside without any notification that he was going to come out. So I went out side and discovered it was Justin that came out to do the proposal. Justin was transparent and gave me a quote for the work. After I got the quote, I reached out and wanted to move forward but this is where it got difficult. I was asking for a scheduled time, but Justin said that typically he cant do that due to things changing every day. So I understood and he said that he would follow-up with me next Wednesday. So then I asked can I pay half up front and the rest after the work has been completed, and he was not going for that. He said that I would need to pay the whole amount up front before any work can begin. Typically I wouldnt pay for the entire amount until all the work has been completed. So I asked Justin if I can give him the amount for the materials and then once the work has been completed I would give him the rest. He became frustrated and decided to walk away and reject my job. I asked him multiple times, how can we both feel protected as we engage in this job, and he couldnt give me an answer. This is the first time that I have interacted with Justin and his company and due to his response I probably wont be reaching out anymore. I am still open to discuss but when a contractor wants the full amount and doesnt give you any options, its just not good business.

Justin’s team put in an amazing patio and fixed serval grading issues. The patio is amazing! They paid attention to every detail. They completed the job earlier than estimated. The team was kind, professional, listened to us, and clearly took pride in their work. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Koch Kuts has been doing my landscaping and hardscapes since 2002. Justins crew does the best work I have ever seen. They just did a spring clean up in my yard and it literally brought my wife to tears when she got home and saw what an amazing job they did. They also did a gorgeous patio/fire pit for me 16 years ago, that still looks fantastic today. I noticed someone left him a bad review, I guarantee that there is more to the story. Justin is a man of his word, does incredible work at a fair price, and I am not easy to please. Trust me you will be happy with the service from Koch Kuts!!

Wow, I cannot say enough about the high quality craftsmanship of Koch Kuts. They completed a major shoreline project for our condominium on Silver Lake and the results are phenomenal. The project was complex. First, they had to figure out a permanent solution to a continual flooding issue. They built a beautiful, decorative wall by the building, then regraded the backyard so water would now drain toward the lake. It was not only a beautiful solution, but totally effective. Next, they rebuilt the sea wall with sturdy and attractive boulders and rocks. Again, the new wall is both beautiful and attractive. The Koch Kuts crews were courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. The project came in on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company!!

Justin and his staff have been very professional, timely, and the quality of their work is excellent. He is very good at following up throughout the project to ensure timeliness and a desired finished product. I was so happy with the landscaping and lawn installation, I continued his services on seasonal fertilization care. His prices are not much more than doing it yourself and the lawn is perfect. They did not perform to there contract but still demanded full price. They were hired to spray and weed beds the spraying was done but never any weeding as specified on there monthly contract. Company employee said to contact office. Office contacted said to call justin. Justin said they didnt have time. No compensation for having to hire a person to do there contracted job. Basically justin said pay me or I will take you to court. Will not recommend this company to any one. Seems as though money is way more important than doing what you said you were going to do.

We have been working on landscape projects the past two years with Koch Kuts. Justin Koch has been very helpful in planning and executing our projects in a timely and reasonable fashion. We also use Koch Kuts for Spring cleanup and lawn maintenance. We are very satisfied with all of the services we are receiving and highly recommend Koch Kuts.

They did a great job cleaning up the planting beds. There were a tons of weeds. They edged the beds and they have never looked this good. The fresh mulch makes the house look fantastic. I was amazed at the difference. A real pleasure to do business with.

Justin and his team did a great job maintaining my yard when I broke my leg last year. The price was fair and the work performed was great. We have a bunch of bushes and landscaping that needed to be trimmed up before winter and they also did an excellent job with that as well.

Customer service stinks had a payment issue and apologized profusely. They still sent us to collections even though we paid? They seem to think the best time to spray lawn with chemicals in on the windiest days! Is that the smartest time to spray chemicals? I love that lovely chemical poison in the morning while drinking my coffee. lol

Weve had Koch Kuts seed our entire lawn, as well as planting numerous flower beds. In addition, Justins team installed brick pavers for our new patio and pergola. For the past ten years Koch Kuts has provided lawn service. We have recommended his business to friends and neighbors!
