They are the absolute worst! I didn’t realize they were even my domain registrar until Friday, when my email and website were down. I’ve tried phone calls, emails, chats and even tweeting them with no results so far. I’ve provided state and government documents showing my name with the business name, along with the website file and my drivers license and they still haven’t reset my account so I could renew it. You can’t talk to the account verification department and their outsourced call center keeps saying they will pass along the information. This has been a nightmare with them.
