Amazing Garbage & Junk Removal Team was punctual and efficient and went the extra mile of removing items not originally on the list when requested and moving heavy furniture into another room for me. Instead of throwing everything away presented to them, they were sensitive enough to draw my attention to personal letters/photos belonging to a deceased parent which I was unaware existed. We needed to move and Amazing Garbage & Junk Removal gave us a container for the junk that needed to be removed. It was delivered on time and was larger than I had expected. It really held a lot. I was pleasantly surprised by everything they would accept and I was really happy to hear that they recycle everything that they can. We rented the container for 72 hours and we were really able to clean out a lot of stuff. Whenever I emailed with a question, they were very fast to respond. This was the best and cost the least! I hired this firm twice over the past year to remove furniture from my apartments. Both were large pieces of furniture that required navigating winding stairs. In both cases, I had easy, smooth experiences with them. Both times they showed up on time, and were polite, helpful, and speedy, finishing the job in less than 10 minutes. First, they were on time which was a big plus. There was a communications mix up on what the job was initially, but they quickly resolved the issue and completed the job without hesitation. They efficiently broke down 6 offices full of heavy wood modular furniture, a conference room and a file room in less than 4 hours, and they totally cleaned up as they worked. Wow.
