I recently lost my husband and sometimes I forget to get my trash to the street the day before pickup. My husband was always on top of that! Today was one of those days! I called the office and they had the truck swing by to pick it up! I so appreciated their promptness! Everyone is always so pleasant and they deserve to be complimented!

We’ve had issues in the past, this last time they tried putting our neighbors trash from their recycling bin into our animal-proof garbage bins and cracked the lid. Maybe don’t touch the bin if you can’t operate it’s lid. :)

We’ve been customers for 2.5 years and are continually BLOWN AWAY buy the customer service and the excellent care and consideration this company and the team that services our property takes. I have been moved countless times to call and compliment the team for their extra attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. If you’re considering refuse and recycling services, especially for a rural property with special livestock needs, I highly recommend this company and team. Thanks, ASDA!!! Company is great! When I call them, they pick everything up I need. Friendly. And very prompt. I always have my stuff out by 5:30 am and have never had any issues, the 4 years Ive been with them.

Asda is amazing. They pick us up weekly and they take the time to neatly put our bins back away from the road. The staff is courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.

My trash and recyclables blew over this morning and was asking son to go out later to pick it up. But then I saw them stop and go around my yard picking it all up. Thank you so much. Always great service.

The garbage man told us that he couldn’t take all of our garbage (like he should’ve) because he didn’t want to. it’s late in the day and he probably just wanted to get home. he drove past our house and looked at it and made sure that this was his last stop so he wouldn’t have to take all of it. Bad service.

Best service ever. They were always friendly and very courteous every time they stopped by. The employees are extremely helpful. I just sold my home and I forgot to stop service and only needed to pay for a week of service, but they zeroed my account without having to pay. They are super affordable and are very lienient when it comes to bigger pickups. $70-$75 for three months versus waste managements $170 per month not including extra cans and they even charged for renting the garbage cans. If you choose anybody go with ASDA. WM has a bunch of lazy people who are always rude, and when I cancelled to switch to ASDA they even took one of my trash cans I bought. RYAN JOHANSEN deserves a raise and a certificate of appreciation for having the most outstanding customer service skills I’ve personally ever seen. He always smiles and is very friendly.

Worst service they forget to pick up my garbage at least once a month. When asked to speak with owner. He or she never returns the call.

Always have great customer service. Even bring the cans back up to the house!

They took the time to pull out 10 peices of vct tile out of garbage can and would not take any of the carpet I had neatly taped and stacked near curb. I had replaced carpet from the flooding and did not get money from insurance to do the work sooner I called company and they tried to sell me a dumpster it was 10 rolls of rolled up carpet come on. Thats terrible
